    摘要: A electromagnetic control valve which is capable of controlling with small electromagnetic force is provided. In such electromagnetic control valve, a pressure-sensitivity control mechanism is provided in a space leading to the suction side of the compressor such that the pressure-sensitivity control mechanism faces to the crankcase pressure introducing opening of the valve main body. This pressure-sensitivity control mechanism is formed by a piston which comes into contact with the bottom surface of the valve rod. The differential pressure between the crankcase pressure and the suction pressure of the compressor is detected by the piston. Upon receipt of detection signals from a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor and an external signal, the pressure-sensitivity control mechanism adjusts the flow of refrigerant from the discharge side (high-pressure side) to the crankcase side of the compressor. Thus, the differential pressure can be controlled.

    摘要: A control valve used in a variable displacement compressor. The valve includes a valve chamber having a valve hole. A valve body is accommodated in the valve chamber for selectively closing and opening the valve hole. An opening spring urges the valve body in a direction opening the valve hole. An actuator generates force in a direction closing the valve hole. A solenoid rod transmits the force of the actuator to the valve body. A pressure sensing chamber is defined independently from the valve chamber to receive refrigerant from a suction passage. A pressure sensing member is located in the sensing chamber for sensing the pressure in the sensing chamber. A pressure sensing rod transmits the pressure sensed by the sensing member to the valve body. A compression spring, a cap and stoppers maintain proper alignment of the pressure sensing member. The valve body is moved based on the refrigerant pressure sensed by the sensing member, the force of the spring and on the force of the actuator.

    摘要: In the suction valve structure of the piston type compressor of the present invention, the primary suction valve 38 is a flexible deforming valve composed of a deforming section 381, which is supported and bent by a cantilever method, and a closing section 382 which connects with a forward end of the deforming section 381 and closes the primary suction port 21. The auxiliary suction valve 39 is a flexible deforming valve composed of a deforming section 391, which is supported-and bent by a cantilever method, and a closing section 392 which connects with a forward end of the deforming section 391 and closes the auxiliary suction port 22. In the present invention, the length of the deforming section 381 of the primary suction valve 38 is approximately the same as that of the deforming section 391 of the auxiliary suction valve 39, however, the width of the deforming section 381 of the primary suction valve 38 is made larger than that of the deforming section 391 of the auxiliary suction valve 39.

    摘要: A compressor includes a cylinder block having a cylinder bore, a first housing attached to a first end of the cylinder block, a second housing attached to a second end of the cylinder block, a crank chamber defined between the cylinder block and the first housing, a drive plate located in the crank chamber and mounted on a drive shaft, and a piston operably coupled to the drive plate and located in the cylinder bore. The drive plate is tiltable between a maximum inclination position and a minimum inclination position according to a difference between the pressure in the crank chamber and the pressure in the cylinder bore. The cylinder block has a shutter chamber opening to the first end and the second end. A shutter member is accommodated in the shutter chamber. The shutter member is movable between a first position and a second position in response to the inclination of the drive plate to selectively connect and disconnect an external circuit with an suction chamber. The drive plate is held at the minimum inclination position when the shutter member is positioned in the second position. The shutter chamber has a diameter that is constant in an axial direction with respect to the shutter chamber. The shutter member is removably inserted into the shutter chamber from the second end of the cylinder block.

    摘要: The variable displacement swash plate compressor includes a housing, a drive shaft, a swash plate, a piston, a bleed passage, a supply passage and a low-melting member. The housing has a cylinder bore, a suction chamber, a discharge chamber and a crank chamber. The swash plate is supported in the crank chamber by the drive shaft and inclination angle of the swash plate is adjustable. The piston is reciprocally movably received in the cylinder bore. The bleed passage is formed in the housing in communication with the crank chamber and the suction chamber. The supply passage is formed in the housing in communication with the discharge chamber and the crank chamber. The low-melting member is disposed in the bleed passage so as to restrict fluid flow therethrough and has a lower melting point than the housing. When the low-melting member is melted, an opening of the bleed passage is increased.

A swash plate is coupled to the piston for converting rotation of the drive shaft to reciprocation of the pistons. A thrust bearing located between a rotor and a housing of the compressor. The outermost load-bearing points of the thrust bearing are radially farther from the axis of the drive shaft than the axes of the pistons. This permits the thrust bearing to directly receive a reaction forces from the pistons through the rotor without applying a moment to the bearing.
