摘要: A compressor has a first housing, a second housing, a valve plate, a suction valve, a discharge valve and a sealing coat. The first housing includes a compression chamber. The second housing includes a suction chamber and a discharge chamber. The valve plate is interposed between the first housing and the second housing. The suction valve is disposed between the first housing and the valve plate. The discharge valve is disposed between the second housing and the valve plate. The valve plate forms a suction port intercommunicating the suction chamber and the compression chamber, and a discharge port intercommunicating the discharge chamber and the compression chamber. The sealing coat made of soft metal is provided between the suction valve and the valve plate, and/or between the discharge valve and the valve plate.

摘要: A shaft sealing assembly is located in a suction chamber of a swash plate type compressor to seal the space between a drive shaft and a housing. A first end portion of the drive shaft is supported by a first radial bearing. A second end portion of the drive shaft is supported by a second radial bearing. The suction chamber is closer to the first end portion of the drive shaft than the first radial bearing is. An axial passage is formed in the drive shaft to connect the suction chamber to the crank chamber. An inlet of the axial passage is closer to the second end portion than the second radial bearing is. An outlet of the axial passage is closer to the second end portion than the first radial bearing is.

The hinge mechanism includes a support formed on the cam plate. A spherical projection extends from the support in a direction rearward with respect to the direction a drive shaft rotates. A roller extends from the support in a direction forward with respect to the direction the drive shaft rotates. A first cam is formed on the lug plate surrounding and guiding the spherical portion. A second cam is formed on the lug plate. The second cam includes a cam surface that contacts and guides the roller.

摘要: A piston type variable displacement fluid machine includes a drive shaft and a cylinder bore. A piston reciprocates along a line of movement in the cylinder bore in accordance with the rotation of the drive shaft. The stroke of the piston is varied between the maximum stroke and the minimum stroke, which is greater than zero. The displacement of the fluid machine is changed in accordance with the stroke of the piston. A ring groove is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the piston. A piston ring is fitted in the ring groove and moves with respect to the piston in the line of movement of the piston. An allowable movement amount of the piston ring with respect to the piston is greater than or equal to the minimum stroke of the piston.

摘要: A first swash plate 18 is coupled to a drive shaft 16 to be rotatable integrally with the drive shaft 16. Single head pistons 23 are coupled to the first swash plate 18 via shoes 25A, 25B. Rotation of the drive shaft 16 rotates the first swash plate 18, which causes the pistons 23 to reciprocate and compress refrigerant gas. The first swash plate 18 supports an annular second swash plate 51 to be rotatable relative to the first swash plate 18 via a ball bearing 52. The second swash plate 51 is arranged between the first swash plate 18 and the shoes 25B that receive a compressive load to be slidable with respect to the first swash plate 18 and the shoes 25B. Inclined surfaces (chamfers) are provided on salient corners 18b, 18c of the first swash plate 18. Therefore, the durability of the swash plates and the shoes are improved.

摘要: Lubricating oil feeding mechanism has an oil-collecting recess and an oil-supplying groove formed on the wall of the housing. The oil-collecting recess connects a gap defined between the through hole and the bolt to the oil-supplying groove, the gap being in the upper position with respect to a sliding part to be lubricated in the housing in an operating state of the mounted compressor. The oil-collecting recess extends from the gap in the circumferential direction of the drive shaft, and the oil-supplying groove upwardly extends toward the oil-collecting recess. The oil-supplying groove is arranged so as to guide lubricating oil to the sliding part. Lubricating oil adhered on the bolt can be collected to the oil-collecting recess via the gap, and is fed to the sliding part through the oil-supplying groove. Therefore, a large amount of lubricating oil in a swash plate chamber can be utilized to lubricate the sliding part.

摘要: A refrigerant compressor includes a compression mechanism, a discharge passage, and an oil separator. The compression mechanism compresses a refrigerant gas containing a lubricant oil. The refrigerant gas that has been compressed by the compression mechanism flows through the discharge passage. The oil separator is arranged in the discharge passage and separates the lubricant oil from the refrigerant gas flowing in the discharge passage. The oil separator has a rotator that causes the refrigerant gas to flow around the axis of the rotator and a circumferential wall that encompasses the rotator and extends along the axis of the rotator. The rotator and the circumferential wall define a separation zone in between. The lubricant oil is separated from the refrigerant gas by the flow of the refrigerant gas around the rotator in the separation zone. The circumferential wall has an oil outlet that allows the separated lubricant oil to flow to the exterior of the oil separator. The oil separator has an inlet port that allows the refrigerant gas to flow into the separation zone and an outlet port that allows the refrigerant gas to flow out of the separation zone. The rotator is arranged between the inlet port and the outlet port. The inlet port and the outlet port are arranged so that an inlet direction of the refrigerant gas flowing through the inlet port is substantially parallel with an outlet direction of the refrigerant gas flowing through the outlet port.
