    摘要: The present invention aims to prevent forcing of pins when a female connector is obliquely inserted into a shunt. A shunt fits into a cylindrical socket concavely formed in an external face of a housing of an airbag inflator and short-circuits of a pair of contact pins of a squib of the inflator. These pins rise at the center of the socket from the bottom to a point near to the opening. The shunt includes an annular wall having a fitting hole into which the pins enter from the bottom side of the center thereof and into which a female connector fits from the top side, and a short-circuit piece provided on the annular wall, which will contact both of the pins when the shunt is fitted into the socket, and will be pushed to move away from the pins when the female connector is fitted into the fitting hole. To prevent forcing or bending of the pins if the female connector is improperly obliquely inserted into the fitting hole of the shunt, the height of the annular wall is not less than the sum of the depth of insertion of the female connector into the fitting hole in the axial direction of the pins when the female connector is inserted obliquely plus the height of the pins from the bottom of the socket.

    摘要: Each of electric cells constituting a battery assembly is provided with external terminals. The upper end of the electric cell is covered with an upper cap surrounding the external terminals whereas the lower end of the electric cell is covered with a lower cap. The electric cell is held between an upper holder and a lower holder via the upper cap and the lower cap. A plurality of bus bar openings for allowing a bus bar extending from the external terminals to be inserted therethrough are formed in the upper cap in such a manner as to penetrate in a thickness direction. Thus, it is possible to increase the degree of freedom of the arrangement of the electric cells in the battery assembly.

    摘要: A color filter includes red, green and blue filter segments and is adapted to be used in a liquid crystal display device using, as a light source, a white LED having specified spectral properties. The red filter segment has a 50% transmittance wavelength within a range of 595 to 610 nm and a transmittance of 85% or more at a wavelength of 630 nm. The blue filter segment has a maximum transmittance wavelength of 455 nm or less and a transmittance of 55% or more at a wavelength of 450 nm. A thickness of each of the red, green and blue filter segments is 3.0 μm or less. A liquid crystal display device including this color filter and the white LED is also disclosed.

    摘要: In a connector lock structure 1 provided at female and male connectors which can be fitted together, the female connector 2 has an engagement portion 14, and a slide lock member 13 is supported on the male connector 3 so as to move at least in connector-inserting and connector-withdrawing directions. The slide lock member 13 includes a retaining portion 16 for engagement with the engagement portion 14, and urging member 36 for urging the slide lock member 13. When the engagement portion 14 reaches an engagement position where it is engaged with the retaining portion 16 at the time when the female and male connectors are completely fitted together, the slide lock member 13 is automatically moved by the urging member 36, so that the retaining portion 16 is engaged with the engagement portion 14.

    摘要: A board-mount electrical connector capable of maintaining favorable solderability of a connecting section of a terminal for a long term and preventing occurrence of a whisker in a bent section of the terminal is provided. The electrical connector includes a plurality of terminals each having at one end a contact section which contacts a mating contact and having, at the other end, a connecting section which connects to a circuit board. A bent section is located in a middle portion between the contact section and the connecting section. An insulating housing holds the plurality of terminals. On each terminal, a bright tin-plated layer and a semi-bright tin plated layer are formed on respective surfaces of the contact section and the connecting section leaving the surface of the middle portion unplated by tin such that the semi-bright tin-plated layer is thicker than the bright tin-plated layer.

    摘要: The present invention is to provide a connector which is not subjected to an excess force when a locking securing unit is operated to remove engagement. The connector includes a male housing, a locking arm for engaging with a locking projection of a mating connector, a locking securing unit, and deformation switching portions. The locking securing unit is movably disposed between a regulation position to regulate a resilient deformation of the locking arm and an allowance position to allow the resilient deformation thereof. The deformation switching portions have a first interfering portion disposed on the locking arm and a second interfering portion disposed on the locking securing unit. When the locking securing unit is in the allowance position, the first and second interfering portions interfere each other and the locking arm resiliently deforms to remove engagement with the locking projection. When the locking securing unit is in the regulation position, the first and second interfering portions separate each other.

The connector cover is capable of moving between partially engaged position and fully engaged position. The partially engaged position is the position in which a rear end of the wire holder is housed in and the fully engaged position is the position in which the rear end of the wire holder projects from a rear end opening. The connector housing has a first engaging section engaging a mating connector in the partially engaged position. The connector cover has a second engaging section engaging the first engaging section and restraining disengagement of the first engaging section from the mating connector in the fully engaged position.

The first housing has a plurality of contact receiving compartments and a projection extending from an outer surface thereof. The second housing has a first housing receiving opening that receives the first housing. An elastic arm is formed on an outer surface of the second housing. The elastic arm has a protrusion that extends into the first housing receiving opening and engages the projection as the first housing is received in the first housing receiving opening. The elastic arm is biased upward by the projection to change a contour of the outer surface of the second housing when the first housing is partially received in the second housing.
