摘要: An annunciating apparatus for use with an electronic flash system includes a flash system which employs a trigger device generating a trigger signal at a time of test light emission and a light producing device responsive to the trigger signal for initiating operation of the light producing device to produce light. The annunciating apparatus includes a light sensitive device arranged to receive light passed through a photographic taking lens and produces a first electrical signal corresponding to an amount of light from a scene. The annunciating apparatus also includes a signal generating device for producing a second electrical signal corresponding to an aperture value preset on a camera at the time of test light emission for the electronic flash system and a comparison device for receiving the first and second signals to produce a control signal when the first electrical signal reaches a predetermined level. Finally, an annunciator responsive to the control signal annunciates whether a correct exposure obtains.

摘要: There is a film image information reading apparatus called a film scanner. This apparatus comprises: a lighting optical system to illuminate a film document; a photoelectric conversion element, such as a CCD to convert the image information of the film document into the electric signal; and an adjusting circuit to adjust the output of the photoelectrical conversion element such that a predetermined density of the film document is output as an output of almost the saturation level of that element. The predetermined density is the color density of the base color of a negative film. The adjusting circuit may control the charge storage period, gain, or output level of the photoelectric conversion element. With this apparatus, the positive image can be easily derived by reversing the negative image without considering the base color of the negative film and the image signal of a high quality can be obtained.

摘要: An in-focus state detecting device which is provided with erroneous signal discriminating means is arranged such that: The lens cap of a photo-taking lens has the whole surface or a part of the surface thereof formed into a diffuse transmission face. With this lens cap put on the photo-taking lens, a light flux is allowed to be diffused by the diffuse transmission face to obtain a uniform brightness face at the cap. Then, a light flux from the uniform brightness face of the cap is guided to the in-focus detecting device to perform a checking operation with the discriminating means to check for an erroneous action of the device.
