摘要: A connector is provided with a connector housing including one or more terminal housing chambers each including a first open end and a second open end; and one or more terminals each comprising a contact portion at a distal end thereof for contacting the opposite terminal and a solder tail extended from a proximal end thereof. The terminals are respectively housed in the terminal housing chambers with setting the distal ends thereof directed to the first open ends. Each terminal has a length so that the proximal end thereof reaches the same level as or protrudes from the second open end when the terminal is completely housed in the respective terminal housing chamber.

摘要: A lever 22 is pivotally supported on a male connector 21 through bosses 27, and an engagement projection 30 is formed on a lower portion of a front end portion of each side wall 28 of the lever 22, and a side projection 31, which is disposed beneath the boss 27 in an initial fitting condition, is formed on each side wall 28. Guide step grooves 37 for respectively guiding the side projections 31 are formed in an inner face 32A of a hood portion 32 of the female connector 23. A first step portion 37A and a second step portion 37B are formed intermediate opposite ends of the guide step groove 37. When the side projection 31 abut respectively against the side projections 31, the engagement projections can be engaged respectively in engagement grooves 35. Therefore, the lever 22 is provisionally retained by the second step portions 37B, and in this condition the lever 22 is pivotally moved so as to positively engage the engagement projections 30 respectively in the engagement grooves 35. Therefore, the lever 22 will not idle, and the male connector 21 can be positively fitted into the hood portion 32.

摘要: A lever fitting type connector (10) includes both connectors (20, 30) fitted to each other, and a lever (40) interposed between both of the connectors (20, 30) and converting an operation force applied to an operation portion (43) into a fitting force between both of the connectors (20, 30). In the lever fitting type connector (10), the lever (40) is rotatably pivoted on the first connector (20), and an engagement portion (60) engaged with the lever (40) is provided on the second connector (30). A standing mechanism (50) is provided between the lever (40) and the second connector (30). The standing mechanism (50) has a function that stands the lever (40) when temporarily fitting both of the connectors (20, 30). An amount of rotation of the lever (40) is secured largely by applying the operation force to the operation portion (43) in a standing state of the lever (40), so as to regularly fit both of the connectors (20, 30).

摘要: The present invention provides an indoor unit of an air conditioner, which is capable of improving the mounting accuracy between a front grill and a movable panel. An indoor unit of the air conditioner includes a main body casing, a front grill, a second panel, a driving machine, and an opening and closing mechanism. The front grill is provided forward of the main body casing and includes a first intake port. The second panel is capable of moving so as to open and close the first intake port. The driving machine is provided in the main body casing, and generates a driving force to move the second panel. The opening and closing mechanism is provided at the front grill, and moves the second panel by the driving force of the driving machine to open and close the first intake port.

摘要: To obtain a refrigeration air conditioning system having a dehumidifying function by means of a moisture adsorption means, allowing the moisture adsorption means to be regenerated by use of discharged condensation heat or other discharged heat of a low temperature range in the refrigeration cycle, and exerting stable cooling performance even at a dry-bulb temperature of 0° C. or less.A desiccant rotor 1, being a moisture adsorption means, is made to hold an adsorbent having pore sizes of 5 μm or less, more preferably 20 nm or less, and furthermore preferably 1-1.4 nm in a space at a predetermined temperature range of a dry-bulb temperature of 0° C. or less. Forming of frost on an evaporator 20d is prevented by supplying the air dehumidified by the desiccant rotor 1 to the evaporator 20d disposed on the leeward side thereof in a freezing room as the desiccant rotor 1 is rotated, while the adsorbent having adsorbed moisture is made dried and made to recover its adsorbing ability by supplying the air dried by discharged heat from a condenser 20b disposed on the windward side thereof to the desiccant rotor 1 at the outside of the freezing room.
