摘要: Mutually spaced apart TCO film portions are formed on a glass substrate. An amorphous silicon film of PIN junction type is formed to cover these TCO film portions, and an aluminum film is formed thereon. The aluminum film in the vicinity of the gap between adjacent TCO film portions is removed by means of a laser beam, and the amorphous silicon film is removed by reactive plasma etching using the aluminum film as a mask to thereby expose portions of the TCO film. An aluminum-titanium film is formed over the aluminum film and the exposed portions of the TCO film. The aluminum-titanium film is separated by means of a laser beam to form a plurality of photoelectric converting regions. The photoelectric converting regions thus formed on the glass substrate are connected in series.

摘要: A positive electrode active material capable of improving an output performance of a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is provided. A positive electrode active material of a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery 1 contains a first positive electrode active material and a second positive electrode active material. In the first positive electrode active material, the content of cobalt is 15% or more on an atomic percent basis in transition metals. In the second positive electrode active material, the content of cobalt is 5% or less on an atomic percent basis in transition metals. An average secondary particle diameter r1 of the first positive electrode active material is smaller than an average secondary particle diameter r2 of the second positive electrode active material.

摘要: The estimated contour positions of the atrium and ventricle are obtained from multi-channel electrocardiographic waveforms. Information useful to predict the possibility of the occurrence of fatal arrhythmia, such as the position of the maximum excitation propagation point, the distribution of the late potential(LP) as an index of depolarization abnormality, and the distribution of the RT dispersion as an index of repolarization abnormality are displayed together with the estimated contour positions.

摘要: In an acoustic wave sensor for detecting a distance to an object and an orientation where the object is located with using acoustic waves, an acoustic wave generating device generating an acoustic wave by applying thermal impact to the air with no mechanical vibration is used as a wave transmitting device, and an electric capacitance microphone converting variation of pressure due to acoustic wave to variation of an electric signal is used as each wave receiving device. Therefore, dead zone caused by reverberation component included in the acoustic wave transmitted from the wave transmitting device and dead zone caused by reverberation component included in wave receiving signals outputted from the wave receiving devices can be shortened and angular sensitivity of the acoustic wave sensor can be increased, in comparison with a conventional acoustic wave sensor using piezoelectric devices as the wave transmitting device and the wave receiving devices.

摘要: It is intended to prevent glyphosate fine granule from a change or decrease in its effect depending on climate conditions. Glyphosate is blended with other chemicals and then an adhesion aid is added thereto. The obtained mixture is formed into fine granule. Thus, a foliage treatment technique achieving a stable herbicidal effect is provided.
