    摘要: Mutually spaced apart TCO film portions are formed on a glass substrate. An amorphous silicon film of PIN junction type is formed to cover these TCO film portions, and an aluminum film is formed thereon. The aluminum film in the vicinity of the gap between adjacent TCO film portions is removed by means of a laser beam, and the amorphous silicon film is removed by reactive plasma etching using the aluminum film as a mask to thereby expose portions of the TCO film. An aluminum-titanium film is formed over the aluminum film and the exposed portions of the TCO film. The aluminum-titanium film is separated by means of a laser beam to form a plurality of photoelectric converting regions. The photoelectric converting regions thus formed on the glass substrate are connected in series.

    摘要: A surface acoustic wave device is disclosed, which comprises a surface acoustic wave element including a lithium tantalate piezoelectric substrate 10 with one principal surface thereof formed with an IDT electrode 11, a connector electrode 12 and a periphery sealing electrode 13, and a base substrate 2 formed with an electrode 21 for connection to the element connected to the connector electrode 12 through a solder bump component 3 and a periphery sealing conductor film 22 joined to the periphery sealing electrode 13 thorough a solder sealing component 4. For the solder bump component 3 and the solder sealing component 4, a Sn—Sb based or Sn—Ag based lead-free solder containing 90% or more Sn is used, and the thermal expansion coefficient of the base substrate 2 is set in the range of 9-20 pm/° C. The joining is accomplished with high stability resisting thermal stress due to a difference in thermal expansion coefficient, so that a surface acoustic wave device that can maintain stable connection for a long duration of time can be provided.

    摘要: A core type magnetron comprising a vacuum envelope which includes an open ended magnetic anode cylindrical member and magnetic upper and lower end plates for closing the opposite end openings of the cylindrical member. Internal to the vacuum envelope, a plurality of anode vanes are provided which extend in a radial direction from the approximate middle of the inner wall of the cylindrical member toward the center of the envelope. A pair of permanent magnets provided internal to the envelope, each extending from opposite end plates toward the anode vanes. By this arrangement, an operating space is defined by the opposing surfaces of the pair of the magnets and the anode vanes, such that a magnetic flux is applied to said operating space. A cathode is provided within the operating space. The magnets employed are characterized as being low in the emission of gases during operation of the magnetron, since they are manufactured by a process which includes melting designated source materials mixed with a small amount of silicon in a vacuum, casting the melt in a vacuum, followed by forging.
