    摘要: A waste heat recovery device includes a heat pipe in which a working fluid for transporting heat is enclosed, and a mode-switching valve for switching a heat recovery mode and a heat insulation mode. The heat pipe has a heating part for heating and evaporating the working fluid and a cooling part for cooling and condensing the evaporated working fluid. The heating part is made of a steel through which hydrogen gas permeates about at 500° C. and higher. In the heat recovery mode, the waste heat recovery device recovers heat of exhaust gas by using the heat pipe. Furthermore, in the heat insulation mode, a heat transport from the heating part to the cooling part is stopped.

    摘要: A heat recovery apparatus has an evaporating part for evaporating an internal fluid and a condensing part for condensing the internal fluid evaporated in the evaporating part. The evaporating part and the condensing part are in communication with each other through a looped passage for circulating the internal fluid therethrough. The evaporating part has evaporating heat pipes and evaporating fins. Each evaporating heat pipes has flange portions at longitudinal ends thereof. The flange portions project in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the evaporating heat pipe and have a tubular shape. The evaporating heat pipes and the evaporating fins are alternately stacked and brazed, and the flange portions of the adjacent evaporating heat pipes are coupled to and brazed to each other such that communication portions are provided by the coupled flange portions and longitudinal ends of the evaporating heat pipes.

The high-temperature fluid is prevented by condenser-side shield plates 101, 102 from flowing to the condenser-side communication unit 5b. As a result, the heating and evaporation of the working fluid in the condenser-side communication unit 5b by the high-temperature fluid is prevented or reduced thereby preventing a dry-out phenomenon.

    摘要: A loop type heat pipe includes an evaporator located to evaporate a refrigerant by heat-exchanging with a first fluid as a heat source, and a condenser located to liquefy and condense the evaporated vapor refrigerant by heat-exchanging with a second fluid to be heated. The condenser has a refrigerant condensation side on which the condensed liquid refrigerant flows, and a refrigerant un-condensation side on which the vapor refrigerant before being condensed flows. In addition, the loop type heat pipe is provided with a flow limitation portion for flowing the second fluid from the refrigerant condensation side toward the refrigerant un-condensation side. For example, the loop type heat pipe is suitably used for a waste heat recovery device.

Each passage unit includes a first passage member and a second passage member connected to each other such that a second fluid passage is provided therein. The fins are disposed inside of the passage units and held by the bent portions of the first and second passage members. The core has core end walls constructed of at least one of first side walls of the first passage members and second side walls of the second passage members. The header tanks are disposed at ends of the core and provide tank inner spaces with the core end walls.
