摘要： This invention relates to novel benzodiazepine derivatives represented by the following general formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, ##STR1## (wherein R.sup.1 is an aryl group, or an aromatic heterocyclic radical of 5-membered monocyclic, 6-membered monocyclic or 5- and 6-membered bicyclic structure, which may optionally be substituted; and R.sup.2 is an aryl group which may optionally be substituted), to medicinal compositions comprising the same, and to a process for producing the same. The compounds of formula (I) shown above exhibit antagonism for the CCK-B receptor and the action of depressing the gastric acid secretion caused by the stimulus of pentagastrin, and are therefore useful as a drug for the relief of diseases related to the CCK-B receptor and the gastrin receptor.

摘要： A benzodiazepine derivative of formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: ##STR1## wherein: (a) R.sup.4 is an alkyl, cycloalkyl or aryl group. (b) R.sup.10 is chosen from halo, OH, CH.sub.3, OCH.sub.3, NR.sup.11 R.sup.12, NO.sub.2, NHCHO, CO.sub.2 H and CN, and R.sup.11 and R.sup.12 are independently selected from H and alkyl (C.sub.1 -C.sub.5) or together NR.sup.11 R.sup.12 form a cyclic structure II, ##STR2## wherein a is 1-6; and (c) R.sup.2 is an aromatic 5- or 6-membered, substituted or unsubstituted heterocycle containing at least two heteroatoms of which at least one is nitrogen. These compounds are gastrin and/or CCK-B receptor antagonists.

摘要： A method and apparatus for controlling a plurality of magnetic discs for processing a composite picture image. The composite picture image is made up of a first picture image and a second picture image which is inserted into the first picture image. The first picture image is digitized and is stored in first predetermined positions on one track on one side or recording surface of a magnetic disc. The second picture image is digitized and stored in second predetermined positions between the first predetermined positions on the same track on another side or recording surface of the disc. Both sides or recording surfaces of the disc are read out, and a logic product is formed between the two stored signals therefrom. In another embodiment, the first picture image is OR'd processed with an image mask prior to combination with the second image signal. An apparatus to achieve the foregoing method includes a multiplexer code register for receiving an access code and controlling the actuation of the magnetic read-write heads accordingly.
