    摘要: An electrophotographic photoconductor including: an electroconductive substrate; a photoconductive layer; and a surface layer, the photoconductive layer and the surface layer being laid over the electroconductive substrate, wherein the surface layer is a crosslinked layer which is cured by irradiating with light energy a composition containing a radical polymerizable monomer having no charge transporting structure, a radical polymerizable compound having a charge transporting structure and a photopolymerization initiator, and wherein the radical polymerizable compound having a charge transporting structure has a ratio Ae/As of 0.7 or higher where Ae denotes absorbance at an absorption peak wavelength λ after the radical polymerizable compound having a charge transporting structure is irradiated with light energy and As denotes absorbance at an absorption peak wavelength λ before the radical polymerizable compound having a charge transporting structure is irradiated with light energy.
