摘要: An X-Y plotter is of the type which moves a non-perforated recording paper by drive rollers and pinch rollers. The outer surface of each of the drive rollers is formed with a cylindrical reference surface and with a plurality of minute projections of sharp quadrangular pyramidal shape distributed over the whole outer surface of the roller. These reference surface and minute projections are formed by machining in the entire circumferential or outer surface of the drive roller a plurality of trapezoidal grooves extending parallel and orthogonally to the axis of the drive roller.

摘要: An X-Y plotter disclosed is of the type which moves a recording paper with no perforation by drive rollers and pinch rollers. A plurality of sharp projections are arranged on the outer surface of each of the drive rollers such as to enable an exact feeding of the paper without any slippage. These projections are formed by cutting in the outer surface of each drive roller with V-grooves parallel and orthogonal to the shaft of the drive rollers.

摘要: A pen changing apparatus for a plotter is disclosed. A plurality of pens are mounted on a carriage in alignment with the axial direction of a shaft which is provided on the carriage as the sliding axis thereof. A guide shaft is fixed onto the carriage in the same direction as the shaft. A sliding lever for pressing any of the plurality of pens is provided on the guide shaft such as to be movable in the axial direction of the guide shaft and rotatable around the guide shaft. A solenoid rotates the sliding lever so as to press down a desired pen at the position where the sliding lever is located in resistance to a pen lifting spring or restore the pen to its original position by the urging force of the pen lifting spring. Leaf springs position the sliding lever over the desired pen and retain the same when the sliding lever is moved and stoppers are provided approximately at both end portions of the travelling range of the carriage such as to stop the sliding lever alone at the position over the desired pen at the time of moving the carriage.

摘要: Firstly, the following check chip is set up into a heater: A check chip onto which a sample has been picked up by wiping out the surface of a check target, or a check chip formed by absorbing and collecting the sample into a filter. Here, the filter has been set up in a vibration-type or heating-type portable-type absorption probe in an attachment/detachment-capable manner. Secondly, a sample gas generated from the heated check chip is analyzed using a tandem-type mass spectrometer. This makes it possible to simplify the sample pick-up from various types of check targets, and to shorten the pick-up time and the checking time.

摘要: An electric connection box which has multiple functions to satisfy various types of equipment to be used. In the connection box, a plurality of first T-shaped ribs (14) of a T-shaped transverse cross-section are provided respectively at positions projected from a wall- portion (12) of a box body (2) by an amount equal to a base portion (14a), and a plurality of second T-shaped ribs (15), each having no base portion, are formed on the wall portion (12). When fitting the cover (3) on the box body (2), another part (51) is fitted on the first T-shaped rib (14) in an empty condition, and a selected one of the covers of different designs can be attached to the box body (2), which is a common part, and also the additional part can be mounted on the electric connection box.

摘要: When an impact load is applied to a workpiece which is held by the robot, the impact force can be absorbed. The robot includes a grip 3 for holding a workpiece to which an impact load is applied and a buffer mechanism disposed between the grip 3 and a robot arm 2. The buffer mechanism 4 includes two parallel link mechanisms 5, 6 for enabling the grip 3 to be moved in various directions and hydraulic actuator mechanisms 7, 8 for relaxing the actuation of the parallel link mechanisms 5, 6. When an impact force is applied to the grip 3, two parallel link mechanisms 5, 6 are actuated so that the grip 3 is slightly displaced while the hydraulic actuator mechanisms 5, 6 relax the actuation of the parallel link mechanisms 7, 8. Therefore, the impact force which is applied to the grip 3 can be absorbed. Additionally, after the impact force is applied to the grip 3, the buffer mechanism 4 can immediately be returned automatically to the initial position.

摘要: The electric junction box includes a casing 20-23 and a plurality of busbar conductors 30 accommodated in the casing, each of which consists of an insulating substrate 31 and a plurality of busbars 32 with upright tabs 33 arranged face-to-face on the substrate 31. The busbar conductors 30 are accommodated in at least two blocks A1 and A2 in the casing and wires 40 are provided for electrically connecting desired busbars 32 in different and/or the same block. The above construction allows a circuit-change to be made with ease and unnecessary circuits to be precluded. The overall weight and production costs of busbar conductors and thus the junction box are reduced.
