摘要: Heating device for preforms, capable of accurate and highly localized heating of the preforms before the blow molding step of the process of producing bottles or containers from plastic materials. This device comprises two or more heating modules (11-16), each comprising a through opening (100) in the direction of the thickness of the heating module and a heating element (5) positioned in the vicinity of the through opening. The modules (11-16) are assembled such that the through openings (100) are aligned reciprocally with each other to define a conditioning cavity for the heating device (1). Each heating module (11-16) comprises induction means (2).

摘要: A filling valve (1) for hot filling plastic bottles, which allows to meet all the requirements determined by the typical particularities of hot filling applications in the most effective manner possible, while allowing to maintain the same basic configuration also for cold processing plain liquids without needing recirculation, e.g. plain water. The filing valve (1) comprises:—a valve body (2) defining therein a space for the passage of a filing liquid and provided with a hole for introducing said liquid in one of said containers,—a first shutter (4) of said hole, sliding within the valve body (2), a siphon (5) between said space and said hole, and a liquid deflection element (6) accommodated in said hole, configured so as to confer a rotational component to the liquid which crosses it, which permits the liquid itself to adhere to the walls of the container during the step of filing, said deflection element (6) being integrally fixed to and directly in contact with said first end of the first shutter (4).

摘要: Preform heating device able to perform a precise and strongly localised heating of the preforms before the blow moulding phase of the plastic bottle or container production process. This device has an innovative construction configuration, thus allowing high efficiency thanks to the significant reduction in the energy required to reach the project temperatures in the heating element in a very rapid way. The inductor does not heat the preform directly, but takes to the temperature set, through the concentration of the magnetic flow, generated by the passage of current, a conductor material of a particular form that, by irradiation and convection, in turn heats the PET.

Advantageously the system according to the invention avoids the limitation of the piston stroke and the subsequent blockage with time and thus also the blockage of the closing rod, considerably reducing the number of maintenance operations and thus increasing the productivity of the molding machine.

摘要: The method for thermally conditioning preforms in accordance with the invention comprises the following steps:—Placing the preforms on a chain conveyor (2);—Conveying the preforms through a first thermal conditioning stage (1) and subjecting them to a first heating or cooling heat exchange;—Removing the preforms from the first thermal conditioning stage and holding them outside for a predetermined amount of time in order to redistribute the temperature inside the preforms;—Subjecting the preforms to at least a second heating or cooling heat exchange in a second thermal conditioning stage (1) or in the first thermal conditioning state. The invention also concerns the plants for heating or cooling preforms in accordance with the above method.
