    摘要: A valve block assembly and an electronic control unit are separably joined to one another by means of a contact pin and contact sheath connection. The contact sheaths are disposed in a caplike insulating housing part of the valve block assembly. The contact sheaths are connected by flexible leads to connection contacts of the valves of the valve block assembly. This equalizes tolerances between the valves and the contact sheaths, on the one hand, and on the other thermally shields the control unit. The contact pins, anchored in the control unit, are connected to a stamped grid embedded in the control unit housing to the lead segments of which grid electronic components of the control unit are connected. These components are located on a ceramic support plate, which is joined to a heat conduction plate by adhesive bonding. The interior of the control unit housing is closed off by an outer wall serving as a protective covering.

    摘要: An electrical connection structure for connecting an electronic control unit 7, for example in an anti-lock braking system (ABS) or a traction control system, to magnetic valves 2,3, or other load, features a novel plug-and-socket structure which eliminates some of the conventional wiring harness. Magnetic valves 2, 3 are attached on one side to a housing 4 and feature, on their opposing faces, prongs 6 which engage counter-contacts 18 on electronics unit 7, which thus attaches directly to the valve unit. Electronics unit 7 also has sockets to receive contact pins 22 of a relay 23. Electronics unit 7 and valve housing 4 mate in such a way that relay 23 cannot be accidentally unplugged and is protected from environmental influences.

An essential simplification and improvement of the arrangement is obtained when the fine signal device includes a permanent magnet having a permanent magnetic field and rigidly attached to the steering column so that the permanent magnet rotates with the steering column and a sensor for a magnetic field direction of the permanent magnetic field from the permanent magnet, and the coarse signal device connected with the steering tie rod determines the steering tie rod motion direction and steering tie rod displacement over at least a portion of an entire displacement range of the steering tie rod without contact with it and produces a digital output signal according to the steering tie rod displacement and motion direction.
