摘要: The invention relates to a pre-installation assembly for a contact arrangement of a sensor assembly, having a support component, a clamping component, and at least one spring contact pin. The conductive end areas of the at least one spring contact pin are connected with one another and are designed to be axially incompressible and held under an axial spring load between support surfaces that are at a distance from one another. According to the invention, the support component and the clamping component are connected with one another by way of a connection in which the at least one spring contact pin is positioned and held by way of aligned guides in the support component and in the clamping component, with the spring contact pin passing through the guides. In first end section of the at least one spring contact pin is axially supported in the associated guide of the support component, and a second end section of the at least one spring contact pin is axially supported in the associated guide of the clamping component.

摘要: A housing for a device mountable on a mounting surface has a housing element provided with two mounting flanges each having a passage adapted to extend substantially perpendicularly to the mounting surface and formed to receive a mounting bolt, two bushings extending through the mounting flanges and surrounding the passages, the bushings being composed of metal and injection molded with a material of the housing element, each of the passages being formed as an elongated hole with a width adapted to correspond to a diameter of the bolts, the bushings corresponding to a contour of the passages and surrounding the passages with a radial distance therefrom, the bushings being provided with peripheral formations which are filled with the material of the housing element, and the bushings at an inner peripheral side being free from the material of the housing over a part of an axial length of the bushings and a lower side of the mounting flanges.

The printed circuit board (36) is bent 90 degrees in the area of the measuring element (26) in order to make possible a compact and space-saving construction in the housing (10, 11, 12). The printed circuit board (36) has a cutout (39) and two strips (40, 41) extending parallel with the cutout (39) in the bending area in order to make simple bending possible. It is furthermore possible in a simple way to insert a temperature sensor (45) into the one end (38) of the printed circuit board (36) in order to make possible a simple compensation of the deviation of the temperature.
