Abstract:
A snow pusher attachment for use in conjunction with a straight blade angle-type snow plow mounted to a work vehicle. This pusher allows a work vehicle to capture, contain, and relocate large amounts of snow very quickly and efficiently. The attachment consists of side panels, connected by horizontal members between. This pusher attachment is secured to the snow plow by bracket assemblies, attached to the upper edge of the snow plow that engage hooks on the upper, rear portion of the pusher attachment. The attachment does not require the operator to exit the work vehicle to secure or release it from the snowplow. Accordingly, the attachment allows the quick and repeated conversion of a snow plow into a snow pusher box and visa versa.

Abstract:
The blades or wings of a rotor for example of a rotary wing aircraft, are nnected to the rotor head in a hingeless and bearingless manner by a blade neck section, which is flexible relative to torsion loads, flapping movements and lead-lag movements. The blade angle adjustments are made by a torsion stiff control rod bridging the flexible blade neck section. The control rod is flexible relative to flapping and lead-lag movements. The radially outer end of the control rod is rigidly connected to the respective wing. The radially inner end of the control rod is connected to the rotor head in such a manner that the control rod is movable substantially in the direction of its own longitudinal axis.
Abstract:
The blade angle of the blades of a rotary wing aircraft is adjusted by a control rod (5) inside the hollow rotor head operating a control shaft (8) extending radially out of the rotor head in axial alignment with the blade angle adjustment axis. The adjustment movement of the shaft (8) is transmitted to the respective blade (3.3) by a yoke (11, 12) and a torsion-stiff sleeve (7) which bridge the blade root (3.1) and the torsion yielding blade neck (3.2) respectively. The blade root (3.1) is connected to the rotor hub (1) by a forked member (2) through which a portion (11) of the yoke extends for connection to the control shaft.
Abstract:
A hand cleaning liquid dispenser including a fluid level gauging mechanism with a plurality, preferably three or more, vertically spaced optical sensors located closely adjacent an external of a side wall of the reservoir to each receive electromagnetic radiation transmitted through the side wall from within the reservoir with the electromagnetic radiation sensed originating from an emitter directing the electromagnetic radiation preferably through the reservoir downwardly.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method and device for production of a three-dimensional article from a material, by means of layered application. According to the invention, a dropwise application is carried out, whereby drops of reaction components are ejected by a nozzle arrangement (3) and applied to a base reaction component (2), arranged on a substrate (1). The material for the three-dimensional article is formed in layers, with reaction of the base reaction component (2) with reaction components on contact, whereby the material is formed on a reaction of the base reaction component with one of the reaction components to give a material with one material property and on another reaction of the base reaction component with another of the reaction components to give a material with another material property. On production of the three-dimensional article, an article section is produced in which a gradual transition between the one material property and the other material property is generated.
Abstract:
The invention relates to the fields of polymer chemistry and relates to a device for the continuous modification of polymers that can be processed into molded articles or semifinished products before, during and after modification. The object of the invention lies in disclosing a device in which the combination of melt production and modification takes place in a continuous method and leads to improved properties of the polymers. The object is attained through a device comprising a device component for converting the polymers into the flowable state, a radiation guard for an electron irradiation and cooling devices, wherein an irradiation device for electron radiation as well as supply and discharge lines are present inside the radiation guard, wherein in the case of the production of solid formed and modified polymers inside the radiation guard, a forming device is present inside the radiation guard and the flowable polymers after the forming device are present floating freely in space in the region of the irradiation.

Abstract:
The wings of a rotary wing aircraft comprise, for example, four wing bladesorming two pairs of wing blades whereby the blades of a pair are located diametrically opposite each other. The blades of a pair are connected to each other by a spar extending from wing blade to wing blade. The spar is operatively secured to the rotor head. Each spar has between the rotor head and the respective wing blade a zone with a torsion yieldability larger than in the spar outside said zone. A beam stiff against bending, bridges the zone, referred to as a torque soft zone, from the wing blade toward the rotor head except for a small flexible section between the rotor head and the radially inner end of the beam. The flexible section permits the blade flapping movements and the blade lead-lag movements.
