    摘要: A charging apparatus for charging a plurality of batteries has at least two modes including a first mode and a second mode, in which amounts of electricity to charge the batteries are set with reference to a fully charged capacity of the batteries. The apparatus includes mode selection means for selecting either of the first mode and the second mode. The first mode is a mode in which the batteries are charged until the batteries reach a fully charged state. The second mode is a mode in which the charging of the batteries is stopped before the batteries reach the fully charged state.

    摘要: A method for vulcanizing an elastomer product includes heating under pressure an elastomer product placed in a mold by supplying a heating medium such as steam, stopping the supply of the heating medium when the elastomer product rises to a predetermined temperature or after the lapse of a specified period of time, supplying a pressurizing medium such as nitrogen gas at a pressure equal to or higher than that of the heating medium until the heating process is completed, and discharging the vulcanizing medium after the heating process. The heating and pressurizing medium are supplied through respective blow supply means with the heating medium being blown to a lower portion of the vulcnizing chamber and the pressurizing medium being blown to an upper portion of the vulcanizing chamber.

    摘要: A tire T is vulcanized by heating the tire T from both an outer forming surface So of an outer mold 2 for forming an outer surface of the tire T and an inner forming surface Si of an inner mold 3 for forming an inner surface of the tire T. The inner forming surface Si is divided into a plurality of inner forming surface portions Si1, Si1 and Si2 in accordance with portions of the tire T, and the inner mold 3 is provided with heaters 5U, 5L and 5M capable of heating the inner forming surface portions Si1, Si1 and Si2 at different temperatures. Since the tire is vulcanized while varying the heating temperatures from inside of the tire in accordance with the portions of the tire, it is possible to vulcanize each of the portions of the tire under optimal temperature condition without generating uneven temperature between upper and lower portions, and it is possible to enhance the performance of the tire.
