    摘要: This invention provides an enhancer of the effect of adrenocorticoid on nephritis without enhancement of the undesirable side-effects of the said adrenocorticoid, comprising the water-soluble gum obtained from the stem and/or branch of Acacia species, e.g., Gum Arabic. The combination of the adrenocorticoid and the said water-soluble gum enhances the effect of the said adrenocorticoid on nephritis without enhancement of the undesirable side-effects of the hormone agent.

    摘要: An imaging device includes a pixel array in which pixels each including a photoelectric conversion part generating and storing a signal charge in accordance with incident light are disposed in a two-dimensional matrix state, and a vertical scanning circuit performing a reset of the photoelectric conversion part by each selected row, and performing a reading of a signal of the pixel by each selected row. During a read period performing the reading, the vertical scanning circuit performs the reset for the photoelectric conversion part at an arbitrary row of which reading ends in accordance with a change of the number of rows to which the resets for the photoelectric conversion parts before exposure are performed to make the number of rows to which the resets of the photoelectric conversion parts are performed constant within the read period of each row.

    摘要: When a holder of an ID card approaches an image formation instructing device for sending an image forming instruction to an image forming apparatus, an ID code stored in a RF-ID element built in the ID card is read by a RF communication device, an image forming operation is executed, and the number of sheets for image formation is counted by counting means. Further, the counted number of sheets for image formation is associated with an ID code having predetermined bearing on the personal ID code read by the RF communication device and thereafter stored and held in a number-of-sheets file. Thus, the number of sheets for image formation is managed without preparing a key counter, a key card, etc. and without special operation.
