    摘要: Tapered rollers are retained between outer and inner rings by a retainer to be circumferentially spaced apart from each other. The inner ring has a raceway on its outer surface and includes small and large-diameter flanges at the small- and large-diameter ends of the raceway, respectively. The retainer includes two annular portions and crossbars extending between the annular portions. Its radially inner surface is located radially inwardly of the pitch cone of the tapered rollers to increase the thickness of the crossbars and the axial thickness of the small-diameter annular portion. The conical surface defined by the outer surfaces of the crossbars has an inclination angle that is greater than the central angle of the bearing to increase the volume of the crossbars. The rigidity of the retainer is thus increased.

    摘要: A plurality of tapered rollers are retained between an outer ring and an inner ring by a retainer so as to be circumferentially spaced apart from each other. The inner ring is formed with a raceway on its outer surface and includes a small-diameter flange and a large-diameter flange at the small- and large-diameter ends of the raceway, respectively. The retainer includes two annular portions and crossbars extending between the annular portions. Its radially inner surface is located radially inwardly of the pitch cone of the tapered rollers (conical surface defined by the axes of the tapered rollers) to increase the thickness of the crossbars as well as the axial thickness of the small-diameter annular portion. The rigidity of the retainer thus increases. The conical surface defined by the outer surfaces of the crossbars has an inclination angle that is greater than the central angle of the bearing to increase the volume of the crossbars, thereby further increasing the rigidity of the retainer, and also to increase the contact length between the tapered rollers and the crossbars, thereby stabilizing the rotation of the tapered rollers about the axis of the bearing.

    摘要: The object is to reduce the contact surface pressure between the balls and the retainer of a thrust ball bearing at slide contact positions, thereby suppressing the wear of the retainer. By increasing the depth of drawing of inner and outer portions embracing the balls received in pockets of the retainer, when the balls roll on the raceways of the outer ring and the inner ring, the balls and the retainer are adapted to slidably contact each other at three portions, i.e. the peripheral edge of each pocket, and the outer portion and the inner portion of the retainer. Thus, it is possible to reduce the contact surface pressure at the respective slide contact positions compared to the prior art. Thus, it is possible to suppress the wear of the retainer.

    摘要: A fuel cell stack comprises membrane electrode assemblies (3) in which gas diffusion electrodes (2a,2b) are arranged on both sides of an ion exchange membrane (1) and a reactant gas supply separators (5) interposed between the membrane electrode assemblies (3). The reactant gas supply separators (5) each has a first surface having first reactant gas supply grooves (9a) for supplying first reactant gas, a second surface having second reactant gas supply grooves (9b) for supplying an second reactant gas, and water supply means for supplying water to the first reactant gas supply grooves (9a). The water supply means has a water supply grooves (15) for introducing water from a water supply manifold (14) disposed on the second surface, communication holes (16) for communication of the second surface with the first surface, and a buffer section (17) having a porous body (20) for uniformly distributing water from the water supply grooves (15) to the communication holes (16). The porous body (20) extends along the second surface. The water flows in the porous body (20) along the second surface. Thus, water can be supplied uniformly to the first reactant gas supply grooves (9a) of each of the reactant gas supply separators (5).

    摘要: An angular contact ball bearing includes a plurality of balls disposed between raceways of inner and outer bearing rings. Each ball is in contact with at least one of the raceways at two points having different contact angles from each other and located on an opposite side of a bearing centerline from a point at which each ball is in contact with the other of the raceways. The bearing is a full complement bearing, wherein the balls are arranged in a full complement. With this arrangement, it is possible to minimize the contact stress at the two contact points where the radial load and the axial load in one direction are supported, thereby reducing elastic deformation at the two contact points. This makes it possible to further increase the rigidity of the bearing.

The slewing bearing assembly includes inner and outer rings having raceway grooves, and a plurality of balls interposed between the raceway grooves, and a spacer interposed between the neighboring balls. This slewing bearing assembly is a four point contact ball bearing, in which respective sectional shapes of the raceway grooves are so shaped as to represent shapes in which each balls contacts inner surfaces of the raceway grooves in the inner and outer rings at four points. The spacer is made of a resinous material having a melt viscosity within the range of 1000 to 2000 Pa·s at a temperature of 270° C.

The tapered roller bearing includes an inner ring spacer provided adjacent to the small-diameter flange of the inner ring. The retainer retaining the tapered rollers in position includes small- and large-diameter annular portions and bridges connecting the two annular portions together. The retainer further includes a disk portion extending radially inwardly from the axially outer end of the small-diameter annular portion, and a third annular portion extending axially outwardly from the radially inner end of the disk portion. The third annular portion has a radially inner guided surface guided by the radially outer guiding surface of the inner ring spacer. A hardened surface layer and a lubricating film are formed on the radially outer guiding surface of the inner ring spacer.
