摘要： A first-stage furnace for partial combustion of solid fuel and oxidizer gas to generate inflammable exhaust gases which are passed to a secondary-stage furnace is shown. The first-stage furnace comprises a vertical pre-combustion chamber and a likewise cylindrical main combustion chamber mounted in horizontal position, connected downstream of the pre-combustion chamber through a tangential connecting passage. The air-fuel mixture introduced into the pre-combustion chamber is given swirling motion and burned at a temperature that converts the mixture to a mix of incompletely burned fuel particles, exhaust gases and non-combustible products in molten state. The mix stream into the tangential passage into the main combustion chamber develops into a high-velocity vortex, with the molten slag being centrifuged onto the inner wall of the main combustion chamber to form a film which is extracted out through a tapping port. Thus, the inflammable gases generated are free from non-combustible products such as ash, and conveyed to the secondary-stage furnace, through the gas transport duct.

摘要： Techniques suitable for recovering energy from a high-temperature gas of an ordinary pressure are provided. A turbomachine has a turbine 16 and compressors 20 and 24. A combustor 12 is disposed at a stage above the turbine 16. A power generating system generates power by passing a working fluid for the turbomachine through the combustor 12, the turbine 16 and the compressors 20 and 24 in that order. An atmospheric pressure combustion turbine system includes: a regenerative heat exchanger 14 capable of cooling a high-temperature working gas discharged from the turbine 16 by making the high-temperature working gas exchange heat with a mixed gas produced by mixing an exhaust gas and air and moistened with hot water; coolers 22 and 26 connected to the entrance of the compressors 20 and 24, respectively, to cool the working gas by making the working gas exchange heat with water; and a humidifier 30 for producing a mixed gas by heating air by mixing part of the exhaust gas discharged from the compressor 24 in the air and humidifying the heated air with the hot water produced by heating water by the heat of the working gas through heat exchange. The mixed gas produced by the humidifier is supplied to the regenerative heat exchanger 14, the regenerative heat exchanger 14 produces a high-temperature, humid, mixed gas by making the mixed gas exchange heat with the high-temperature working gas discharged through the exit of the turbine 16 to heat the mixed gas, and the heated, high-temperature, humid, mixed gas is supplied to the combustor 12.

摘要： This invention relates to an in-ash unburned component estimating device for a coal-fired furnace which monitors the density of in-ash unburned component contained in burning waste gases to operate the furnace efficiently. The object of the invention is to infer and estimate from the current situation by a simple means the density of in-ash unburned component in the burning exhaust gases that affects the combustion efficiency. A furnace temperature, a load band in the furnace, a furnace contamination coefficient, a ratio of two-stage combustion air supplied to the furnace, and a coal mixture ratio are taken in as fuzzy quantities to infer fuel ratio data and correction data used to correct predetermined reference values of reference in-furnace temperature distribution, reference in-furnace air ratio distribution and reference powdered coal grain diameter distribution. The reference values corrected by the correction data and coal reaction rate data determined from the fuel ratio data are used to calculate the density of in-ash unburned components in the burning waste gases.
