摘要： A check-valved pouch has a main pouch body, and a check valve attached to the main pouch body. The main pouch body is formed of plastic film and defines an opening for receiving a substance. The check valve is formed of plastic film also, and includes a flat valve body defining an upper opening, with opposte sides and a lower end closed, and an inner passage for discharging gases toward the upper opening. A check piece formed of plastic film is disposed in an upper half of the valve body. The check valve further includes a porous filtering film disposed on one surface in a lower half of the valve body. The filtering film includes a filter surface, and a releasing film formed on the filter surface. The check valve is attached to the main pouch body, with the filtering film inserted into the main pouch body and the upper opening exposed to ambient air, whereby an interior of the main pouch body is communicable with an exterior through the filter surface, inner passage and upper opening.

摘要： An apparatus is provided for manufacturing a cushioning package containing an article to be packaged. The apparatus includes a cushioning sheet forming unit to form a cushioning sheet by heat-sealing flexible elongated resin sheets which are continuously fed in a longitudinal direction and placed one on another in advance in a width direction of the sheet, the cushioning sheet including small sacs. Downstream from the cushioning sheet forming unit, an article storage space forming unit is provided for forming an article storage space by folding the cushioning sheet along a longitudinal centerline. A sheet adhering unit adheres the overlapped cushioning sheets. An article disposing unit inserts the article to be packaged into the article storage space, and an air filling unit fills the small sacs with air. Sequential performance of the above steps achieves efficient manufacturing of cushioning package.

摘要： A packaged product formed by enclosing a content material, such as food or beverage, sanitary products or medical products, within a packaging material including at least a layer of hydrophilic resin, is heat-treated with hot water for, e.g., boil sterilization or retort sterilization. The hot water is caused to contain a water-soluble compound in an amount substantially exceeding a level contained in tap water, whereby it becomes possible to suppress the opalescence of the packaging material causing inferior appearance or transparency and leading to a lowering in gas-barrier property, which has been problematic in the conventional boil or retort hot water treatment.

The fluid take-out appliance comprises a guide pipe; a flow pipe longer than the guide pipe and shorter than the body and reciprocatively inserted into the guide pipe; a duct-opening member thin rectangular solid-shaped and provided on the flow pipe at a front end thereof; a gripping flange provided on the flow pipe at a rear end thereof; an inlet provided on the flow pipe; one or more engaging grooves provided on the guide pipe at a front end thereof; and a convexity provided on an outer surface of the flow pipe and engaging the engaging grooves of the guide pipe. In this construction, the fluid take-out appliance is inserted into the duct of the body, with an outer surface of the guide pipe in close contact with the duct of the body at a rear side thereof.

摘要： In a three force balanced mechanism comprising a floating pivot, an input force transmitting member, a feedback force transmitting member, one end of the input force transmitting member and one end of the feedback force transmitting member pivot in different directions, a flexible span setting member inclined with respect to the input force transmitting member, one end of the flexible span setting member being wound about or unwound from the floating pivot, there are provided detecting means for detecting the input force, restoring means responsive to the output of the detecting means for applying a restoring force to the feedback force transmitting member, and spring means for varying a force acting upon the input force transmitting member or the feedback force transmitting member in accordance with the movement of the free end of the span setting member. With this improved meter zero point shift can be automatically compensated for thereby eliminating zero point adjustment at the time of varying the measuring range.

This check valve includes a one-side airtight base sheet 31, an inlet 11, a valve sheet 61, an auxiliary sheet 51, and the other-side airtight base sheet 21. The portion between the other-side airtight base sheet 21 and the valve sheet 61 serves as a valve flow channel 13, and a fluid flowing forward passes through the valve flow channel 13 from the inlet 11 and flows out from the outlet 12. The valve sheet 61 is fixed at its upstream end by the fixation portion 14, is freely movable at its downstream end. On the fixation portion 14 and the one-side airtight base sheet 31 of the inlet 11, the introduction recesses 15 are formed.
