The method includes forming an adhesive layer on a first carrier substrate; laminating a first flexible substrate on the adhesive layer, so that a first separation layer of the first flexible substrate is disposed on the adhesive layer; forming a thin film transistor array on the first flexible substrate; and separating the first carrier substrate from the flexible substrate by directing a laser beam onto the first separation layer. The first separation layer comprises silicon nitride (SiNx) with amounts of nitride A1 and amounts of silicon B1 satisfying 0.18≦{A1/B1}≦0.90.

    摘要: A flexible substrate, a method of manufacturing a display substrate, and a method of manufacturing a display panel. A spinning device is filled with a source solution, and a carrier substrate is arranged such that the spinning device faces the carrier substrate. An electric field is formed between the spinning device and the carrier substrate by supplying a power to the spinning device and the carrier substrate, and a nano-fiber is formed by spraying the source solution toward the carrier substrate. A flexible substrate is formed on the carrier substrate by coating a polymer resin on the nano-fiber, a plurality of display cells are formed on the flexible substrate, and then a display substrate is formed by separating the carrier substrate from the flexible substrate.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a display device is provided, which includes: forming a buffer layer on a supporting plate; forming a flexible substrate layer on the supporting plate and the buffer layer; forming at least one thin film on the flexible substrate layer; forming a protective layer covering the at least one thin film; forming a plurality of through-holes to expose the buffer layer; removing the buffer layer by injecting an etchant into the through-holes; removing the protective layer; and separating the flexible substrate layer from the supporting plate. According to the present invention, misalignment of the thin films due to the deformation of the plastic substrate may be prevented such that the production time may be minimized, thereby improving productivity of the display device.

    摘要: An autostereoscopic 3D display apparatus including a display panel having an array of pixels, and a lenticular device positioned above the display panel. The lenticular device includes an array of lenticular components extending in parallel with a line slanted at an angle of tan−1(a/mb) with regard to columns of the pixels, where m refers to the number of adjacent rows before an identical viewpoint on the same line appears, and a and b refer to horizontal and vertical lengths of each pixel. When n is 0 or a natural number, the number of viewpoints is 2m(2n+1), pixels corresponding to the given viewpoints are repeated at every m rows in each lenticular component, the number of parallel lines extending through pixels in parallel with the slant line inside each lenticular component is identical to the number of viewpoints, and each of the parallel lines lies on the repeated pixels.
