摘要: A method and system for radio communication between at least one parent communication unit and a plurality of slave communication units. A slave communication unit transmits an automatic answer signal in response to an incomming call receipt signal transmitted from the parent communication unit. When one of the slave communication units makes a called-person's answer to the incomming call receipt signal, it transmits a called-person's answer signal. If interference occurs between the automatic and called-person's answer signals, the parent communication unit provides a command, causing the slave communication units to stop the automatic and called-person's answer signals and permits the slave communication unit which transmits the called-person's answer signal to communicate with the parent communication unit.

摘要: An input dither pattern determiner divides an input dither image to plural blocks, and determines an input dither pattern for each block. An output dither image portion converts the input dither pattern for each block to an output dither pattern. A reference emission time determiner portion determines a reference emission time for each block based on dark electric potential distribution and intermediate sensitivity distribution of a photoconductive drum, a light intensity distribution of a laser beam in a main scanning direction, and the output dither pattern. An area emission time calculator determines area emission time for each area based on a reference emission time for each block. An actual emission time calculator adjusts emission time for each area so that differences between reference emission times of blocks adjacent one another in the main scanning direction become a predetermined value or lower, and calculates actual emission time for each area.

摘要: When intending gradational representation of each of the dots composing the image by changing the amount of light emission of each of the dots composing an image by changing the amount of light emission of said light emitting diode, the magnitude of each of the dots becomes reduced resulting in unstable reproducibility of dot. This causes damage in the regularity of the distribution of image density and the graininess of the printed image increases. The invention aims to provide an image forming apparatus which can decrease granularity (graininess) by simple and inexpensive construction by defocusing on the photo conductor the light ray passing through the lens array of the exposing device in the image forming apparatus in accordance with the percentage of the luminous dots changed in the amount of light emission among the dots composing the image. This prevents the occurrence of irregular density distribution in the latent image on the photo conductor drum. As a result, the graininess of the printed image is decreased.

摘要: Corrected driving currents for a low gray level and a high gray levels are obtained respectively from a standard driving current by incorporating a beam spot area correction coefficient for variations of a beam spot area formed by a light beam emitted from a light-emitting element and transmitted through a lens array; an influence for a low gray level and a high gray level caused by one of a screen angle of pixel, a sensitivity of photoconductor, a surface temperature of photoconductor, and a developing bias voltage; and a light quantity correction coefficient. A driving current for driving the light-emitting element is obtained by using linear interpolation from the two corrected driving currents.

摘要: An output buffer includes a pull up transistor of N type field effect to charge a data output terminal by an external power supply potential Vdd in a high level data output operation, and a pull down transistor of N type field effect to discharge the data output terminal to a ground potential Vss in a low level data output operation. The substrate potential of the pull up NMOS transistor is set to a potential of a level higher than the normal case in a high level data output operation. As a result, the output buffer can speedily charge the data terminal in a high level data output operation.

摘要: Only one sense signal line for driving a sense amplifier is arranged in each sense amplifier band. Each sub-array is provided with a sub-sense signal generator for generating two sub-sense signals in response to a main sense signal sent from one main sense signal line. The sub-sense signal is applied to the plurality of sense amplifiers corresponding to each sub-array. Since only one main sense signal line is arranged in each sense amplifier, a layout area is reduced. Preferably, a transistor of a first inverter in the sub-sense signal generator is smaller in size than a transistor of a final inverter. Thereby, a significant delay of the sub-sense signal does not occur in a position remote from a source of the main sense signal.
