    摘要: A fluoropolymer producing method which comprises polymerizing a radical polymerizable monomer in a manner of continuous polymerization to give the fluoropolymer, wherein the defined reaction-field is in a supercriticality-expression state and under a pressure of not higher than 40 MPa and a temperature of not higher than that higher by 100° C. than the supercriticality-expression temperature of the defined reaction-field, said radical polymerizable monomer comprises a fluorine-containing ethylenic monomer, and said fluoropolymer has a weight average molecular weight [Mw] of not lower than 150, 000 as determined on the polystyrene equivalent basis and a ratio [Mw/Mn] of the weight average molecular weight [Mw] on the polystyrene equivalent basis to a number average molecular weight [Mn] of the fluoropolymer on the polystyrene equivalent basis is higher than 1 but not higher than 3.

This solvent for a nonaqueous electrolyte solution is a solvent for a nonaqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery, wherein the solvent for a nonaqueous electrolyte solution contains a fluorine-free cyclic carbonate (I), a fluorine-free chain carbonate (II), and a 1,1-di(fluorinated alkyl)ethylene carbonate (III), and wherein with a sum of (I), (II), and (III) being 100 volume %, the fluorine-free cyclic carbonate (I) is 10 to 50 volume %, the fluorine-free chain carbonate (II) is 49.9 to 89.9 volume %, and the 1,1-di(fluorinated alkyl)ethylene carbonate (III) is from at least 0.1 volume % to not more than 30 volume %.

    摘要: The present invention provides a novel fluorine-containing rubber composite material having both of excellent fuel impermeability and excellent cold resistance, a fuel impermeable sealing material comprising the composite material and a process for preparing the composite material. The fluorine-containing rubber composite material comprises crosslinked particles of fluorine-containing silicone rubber dispersed in a fluorine-containing rubber. It is preferable that the fluorine-containing rubber comprises a vinylidene fluoride/tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoro vinyl ether copolymer, and the composite material has cold resistance of not more than −35° C. and fuel permeability of not more than 500 g·mm/m2·day. The fuel impermeable sealing material comprises the composite material. The process for preparing the composite material comprises a step for co-coagulation of a fluorine-containing rubber emulsion and an emulsion of crosslinked fluorine-containing silicone rubber.
