    摘要: A suspension device for suspension of an axle 2 by an intermediate portion of a single leaf spring 5 has first restriction means which restricts, upon breakage of the leaf spring 5 at a position behind the intermediate portion of the spring, the rear portion of the leaf spring 5 from tilting downwardly relative to a shackle 6, and a second restriction means (retainer pawl 13) for restriction of the shackle 6 from pivotally moving backward beyond a predetermined angle. The first restriction means is constituted by a stopper plate 12 (stopper) on the shackle 6 for support of the rear portion of the leaf spring 5 from below upon breakage.

    摘要: A suspension device for suspension of an axle by an intermediate portion of a single leaf spring has first restriction device which restricts, upon breakage of the leaf spring at a position behind the intermediate portion of the spring, the rear portion of the leaf spring from tilting downwardly relative to a shackle, and a second restriction device for restriction of the shackle from pivotally moving backward beyond a predetermined angle. While a spring main body, made of the spring steel in which Brinell hardness is under 555 HBW and not less than 388 HBW (corresponding to a diameter of under 2.70 mm of hardness and not less than 3.10mm of hardness on a Brinell ball mark), is maintained at 150 to 400° C., the load is applied in the direction in which the spring main body is to be used, and the first shotpeening is performed at the plane where the tensile stress acts.

    摘要: Disclosed is steel for a leaf spring with high fatigue strength containing, in mass percentage, C: 0.40 to 0.54%, Si: 0.40 to 0.90%, Mn: 0.40 to 1.20%, Cr: 0.70 to 1.50%, Ti: 0.070 to 0.150%, B: 0.0005 to 0.0050%, N: 0.0100% or less, and a remainder composed of Fe and impurity elements. Also disclosed is a high fatigue-strength leaf spring part obtained by forming the steel. The steel for a leaf spring is prepared to have a Ti content and a N content to satisfy a relation of Ti/N≧10. Preferably, the leaf spring part is subjected to a shot peening treatment in a temperature range of the room temperature through 400° C. with a bending stress of 650 to 1900 MPa being applied to it.

    摘要: An accumulator comprises a housing and a rod. The housing is sealed by means of high- and low-pressure sealing devices. The high-pressure sealing device includes an annular groove formed on the inner surface of the housing, a seal ring with an L-shaped section housed in the annular groove, and an elastomeric O-ring disposed on the outer periphery side of the seal ring. The seal ring is composed of a thin wall portion, situated on the high-pressure side, and a thick wall portion situated on the low-pressure-side. The inner peripheral surface of the thick wall portion is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the rod. A gap, which is wide enough to receive the hydraulic fluid, is defined between the inner peripheral surface of the thin wall portion and the outer peripheral surface of the rod. A drain recovery hole is connected between the high- and low-pressure sealing devices.
