摘要: The present disclosure relates to a high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet having excellent surface quality and electrical resistance spot weldability, and a method for manufacturing the same. A galvanized steel sheet according to an aspect of the present disclosure is a galvanized steel sheet including a base steel sheet and a zinc-based plating layer formed on a surface of the base steel sheet, wherein a ratio (a/b) of a hardness of a surface layer portion (a) to a hardness of an internal portion (b) of the base steel sheet may be less than 0.95.

摘要: The present invention provides steel sheet products having controlled compositions that are subjected to two-step annealing processes to produce sheet products having desirable microstructures and favorable mechanical properties such as high strength and ultra-high formability. The steel sheet products may be cold rolled or hot rolled. Steels processed in accordance with the present invention exhibit favorable combined ultimate tensile strength and total elongation (UTS•TE) properties, and may fall into the category of Generation 3 advanced high strength steels, desirable in various industries including automobile manufacturers.

摘要: In one aspect of the present invention, a method for manufacturing a bearing component includes: a preparation step of preparing a ring-shaped member of steel having a radially inner surface, a radially outer surface, and a thickness which is a distance between the radially inner surface and the radially outer surface; and a heat treatment step of performing a heat treatment to locally heat one of the radially inner surface and the radially outer surface to a heat treatment temperature and subsequently cool the one of the radially inner surface and the radially outer surface, the method satisfying S≥930/(0.3477 W2−1.594 W−0.804), where S represents an average temperature increasing rate (unit: ° C./sec) applied when the surface is heated and W represents the thickness (unit: mm).

The steel alloy has the following composition in weight percent: Cabout 0.15 to about 0.30 Mnabout 1.7 to about 2.3 Siabout 0.7 to about 1.1 Crabout 1.85 to about 2.35 Niabout 0.5 to about 0.9 Mo + ½Wabout 0.1 to about 0.3 Cuabout 0.3 to about 0.7 V + 5/9 × Nbabout 0.2 to about 0.5 The balance of the alloy is iron, usual impurities, and residual amounts of other elements added during melting for deoxidizing and/or desulfurizing the alloy. A hardened and tempered steel article made from the alloy is also disclosed.

摘要: A high-strength steel sheet having a TS of 780 MPa or more, not only excellent ductility but also excellent stretch flangeability, and excellent in-plane anisotropy of TS is provided. A high-strength steel sheet comprises: a predetermined chemical composition; a steel microstructure including, in area fraction, ferrite: 20% or more and 50% or less, upper bainite: 5% or more and 45% or less, and martensite: 1% or more and 20% or less, and including, in volume fraction, retained austenite: 5% or more, the retained austenite having an average grain size of 2 μm or less; and a texture having an inverse intensity ratio of γ-fiber to α-fiber of 3.0 or less.

The tempered material may have a microstructure including a matrix of tempered martensite with precipitation of at least one of secondary M2C carbides and MC carbides, M being at least one of V, Mo, Cr, and W. The microstructure may include NbC eutectic carbides having a cubic morphology. The tempered material may have a hardness from approximately 400 HV to 800 HV.

摘要: A cable bolt for providing support and balance to a rock mass, comprising: a multi-strand cable having a plurality of steel wires being twisted together, said multi-strand cable having a first end portion for anchoring in a borehole of rock mass and a second end portion for being positioned adjacent to the opening of the borehole, a fixture secured to the second end portion of said multi-strand cable, wherein at least one of the plurality of steel wires is made from steel having as steel composition: a carbon content ranging from 0.20 weight percent to 0.95 weight percent, a silicon content ranging from 0.5 weight percent to 2.0 weight percent, a manganese content ranging from 0.40 weight percent to 1.0 weight percent, a chromium content ranging from 0.0 weight percent to 1.0 weight percent, a sulphur and phosphor content being limited to 0.025 weight percent, the remainder being iron and unavoidable impurities, and said steel has as metallurgical structure: a volume percentage of retained austenite ranging from 4 percent to 25 percent, the remainder being tempered primary martensite and untempered secondary martensite.

摘要: According to an embodiment, the described hot mold steel may be excellent in high thermal conductivity to decrease the temperature difference in materials at high temperature, thereby making heat-checking properties excellent. When the hot mold steel according to the present disclosure is used for die casting, the cooling rate of the product produced using the die casting is quick, thereby improving the physical properties of the produced product and shortening the cooling time to improve productivity. Furthermore, the hot mold steel may have excellent high temperature durability, such that the die casting produced using the hot mold steel may have characteristics of a long life cycle.
