摘要: The electric tool is powered by a secondary battery as a power source, and includes: an output section configured to be transmitted thereto a rotation of a motor directly or through a decelerator; a voltage measurement section that measures a battery voltage; a storage means that stores, as a reference voltage, a voltage value of the battery voltage measured preliminarily when a motor-lock is occurring; and a control means that controls a driving of the motor. The control means is configured to decide that the motor is being locked and then stop or decelerate the motor upon detecting that the battery voltage measured through the voltage measurement section is maintained lower than or equal to the reference voltage stored in the storage means for a predetermined period of time during the driving of the motor.

摘要: A battery pack includes a status detection unit for detecting a status of a battery; a switch unit for interrupting a discharging path of the battery; a notification unit for notifying a user of the status of the battery; an operation unit operable by the user; and control unit for opening and closing the switch unit. The control unit is configured to have the switch unit interrupt the discharging path of the battery when the status of the battery detected by the status detection unit is abnormal. Further, the control unit is configured to have the notification unit notify the user of the availability to restart a discharging operation and close the switch unit in response to an operation signal inputted from the operation unit to make the battery pack dischargeable when the status of the battery detected by the status detection unit is recovered from the abnormal status.

摘要: A liquid crystal display device includes a liquid crystal panel and a lighting device. The liquid crystal panel has a liquid crystal layer provided between a pair of glass substrates. The lighting device supplies illumination light to the liquid crystal panel. At least one of the glass substrates has a photonic crystal formed in a position so that it stops light from reaching a luminance point defect occurrence portion in the liquid crystal layer that is a cause of a luminance point defect. The photonic crystal absorbs light having a color displayable in the luminance point defect occurrence portion.

摘要: A liquid crystal display device 10 of the present invention includes a liquid crystal panel 11 and a lighting device 12. The liquid crystal panel 11 has a liquid crystal layer 50 between a pair of glass substrates 31 and 41. The lighting device 12 provides illumination light to the liquid crystal panel 11. An externally communicable void section 63 is formed in the glass substrate 31 among the pair of glass substrates 31 and 41 in an area that can block light toward a luminance point defect occurrence area X, which is a possible cause of a luminance point defect. The externally communicable void section 63 has a void portion 61 that is formed in the glass substrate 31 and a through portion that penetrates from the void portion 61 through an opposite surface of the glass substrate 31 from the liquid crystal layer 50. A light blocking layer 60 is formed in the externally communicable void section 63.
