摘要: An insulation box unit and a refrigerator of the present invention employs i) rigid urethane foam with a 8.0 MPa-or-greater bending modulus, and a 60 kg/m3-or-lower density, and ii) a vacuum insulation material. The proper bending modulus provides the insulation box unit with a substantial strength, even in the case that the coverage of the vacuum insulation material with respect to the surface of the outer box exceeds 40%. The proper density prevents the insulation box unit from poor insulation efficiency due to undesired solid thermal conductivity. Despite of an extended use of the vacuum insulation material, the insulation box unit offers an excellent insulation efficiency and therefore accelerates energy saving. According to the recycling method of the present invention, rigid urethane foam formed of tolylene di-isocyanate composition, which was separated from refrigerator wastes, is recycled as a material of rigid urethane foam.

摘要: An adsorbent capable of adsorbing gas low in activity such as nitrogen is used, and a thermal insulator high in production efficiency and excellent in adiabatic performance is presented. A thermal insulator has an adsorbent, a core material, and an enveloping member. The adsorbent includes Li and solid matter of hardness of 5 or more. The gas adsorbing activity becomes very high, and for embodiment by evacuating to a certain degree of vacuum by using a vacuum pump, the remaining gas is adsorbed by the adsorbent of the invention to obtain a desired degree of vacuum, so that a thermal insulator of high production efficiency is obtained. Since the heat conductivity is decreased by adsorbing gas of low activity in the enveloping member, the adiabatic performance is enhanced.

摘要: A jacket material into which a gas adsorbing device and core material are inserted is decompressed in a vacuum chamber, the opening is sealed, and then the jacket material is exposed to the atmosphere. In the atmospheric pressure, a pressure of about 1 atm which is equivalent to the pressure difference between the inside and outside is applied to the jacket material of the heat insulator. The jacket material is made of a plastic laminated film and is deformed by pressure. A protruding portion is plunged into a container to drill through holes, and a gas adsorbent in the container communicates with the inside of the jacket material. Thus, both during holding and in applying to the vacuum heat insulator, the gas adsorbent can be applied to the vacuum heat insulator without degradation, and the high degree of vacuum can be kept for a long time.
