    Abstract: A communication module includes a first switch circuit that receives a first or second received signal and that outputs the first received signal from a first terminal thereof or the second received signal from a second terminal thereof, a first low-noise amplifier that amplifies the first received signal, a second low-noise amplifier that amplifies the second received signal, a first filter circuit disposed between the first switch circuit and the first low-noise amplifier, and a second filter circuit disposed between the first switch circuit and the second low-noise amplifier. The first filter circuit has greater signal loss than the second filter circuit. A signal path from the first terminal of the first switch circuit to the first low-noise amplifier via the first filter circuit has a shorter length than that from the second terminal of the first switch circuit to the second low-noise amplifier via the second filter circuit.

    Abstract: A duplexer includes first and second filter circuits and first and second wirings. The first filter circuit allows a signal of a first frequency band to pass therethrough between a first terminal and a common terminal and includes a first resonator which is connected at one end to a line disposed between the first terminal and the common terminal to branch off from the line. The second filter circuit allows a signal of a second frequency band, which is different from the first frequency band, to pass therethrough between a second terminal and the common terminal. The first wiring is connected at one end to the common terminal and is opened at the other end. The second wiring is connected at one end to the other end of the first resonator and is grounded at the other end. The first wiring is electromagnetically coupled with second wiring.

    Abstract: A power amplification circuit amplifies and then outputs transmission signals of a first frequency and a second frequency, which are different from each other. When the transmission signal of the first frequency is input, a first switch is turned ON, a first LC parallel resonant circuit enters a resonant state and the transmission signal is transmitted using a line containing a first capacitor as a main line. When the transmission signal of the second frequency is input, a second switch is turned ON, a second LC parallel resonant circuit enters a resonant state and the transmission signal is transmitted using a line containing a second capacitor as a main line. Therefore, a transmission signal does not pass through, using as a main line, a line into which a switch has been incorporated.
