摘要: Many different types of systems are utilized or tasks are performed in a marine environment. The present invention provides various configurations of unmanned vehicles, or drones, that can be operated and/or controlled for such systems or tasks. One or more unmanned vehicles can be integrated with a dedicated marine electronic device of a marine vessel for autonomous control and operation. Additionally or alternatively, the unmanned vehicle can be manually remote operated during use in the marine environment. Such unmanned vehicles can be utilized in many different marine environment systems or tasks, including, for example, navigation, sonar, radar, search and rescue, video streaming, alert functionality, among many others. However, as contemplated by the present invention, the marine environment provides many unique challenges that may be accounted for with operation and control of an unmanned vehicle.

A cursor may be provided that is movable by placement of a finger over the cursor. A request to display the cursor at a position such that the cursor is not obstructed from view by the finger may be received. The requested cursor may be displayed at the position on the screen.

A selection to display one of the plurality of possible marine electronic data types in the plurality of possible marine electronic data types may be received. A plurality of possible combinations of marine electronic data types to be displayed with the one of the plurality of possible marine electronic data types may be displayed. A selection from the plurality of possible combinations may then be received. A combination of marine electronic data that correspond to the selection from the plurality of possible combinations may be displayed.

摘要: A non-transitory computer-readable medium having stored thereon a plurality of computer-executable instructions which, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to: receive a user input at a remote computer communicably coupled to a host computer over a network; and display one or more residue indicators on a screen of the remote computer indicating receipt of the user input by the remote computer. The one or more residue indicators are displayed for a period of time approximately equal to a system latency time. The computer-executable instructions are further configured to cause the computer to receive output data from the host computer based on the user input; and display the output data on the screen of the remote computer.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention seek to provide an accurate way to measure the length of a fish. Some embodiments of the present invention propose utilizing a known length of a marker within a camera view or picture to determine the length of the fish also shown in the same camera view or picture. This determination could be performed in real-time or later remotely. Further, the measurement of the length of the fish is reliable because it is not dependent on a zoom value or angle of the camera and there is no required measurement device. Further, the technique is easy to use and can be performed with a camera phone or tablet.

In one implementation, a non-transitory computer-readable medium has stored thereon computer-executable instructions. When the computer-executable instructions are executed by a computer, the computer-executable instructions cause the computer to present a plurality of possible marine electronics data types to be displayed. The computer-executable instructions also cause the computer to receive two or more selections of the possible plurality of marine electronics data types and provide a plurality of templates for displaying the two or more selections. Each template includes two or more windows corresponding to the two or more selections. The computer-executable instructions are further configured to cause the computer to receive a selection from the plurality of templates and display the two or more selections of the plurality of marine electronics data types in the two or more windows.
