    Abstract: A window blind includes a headrail, a bottom rail, and a plurality of slats. The slats are horizontally suspended between the headrail and the bottom rail through ladder tapes. Each ladder tape has two warps, wherein an end of the warps is connected to a ladder drum, and another end thereof passes through the bottom rail to be connected thereto. When the ladder drum is rotated, the ladder tapes could be pulled smoothly, and the slats supported by the ladder tapes could be tightly closed. Whereby, the window blind could provide a good shielding effect.

    Abstract: A coupling device of a shading member, includes a frame and two coupling modules. Each coupling module includes a main member fixed to a top or a bottom of the shading member, two positioning members connected to the main member, and two controlling members connected to the positioning members. The positioning members are received in the main member, each of which has a gear to engage a rack of the frame. The positioning members are movable by moving the controlling members to make the gears engage or disengage the racks. As a result, the shading member is able to be assembled or disassembled in an easy way.

    Abstract: A vertical blind has a headrail, a transmission shaft, a plurality of slats located below the headrail with a gap, a driving assembly, a first clutch, a first pushing component, and a light-blocking member configured to be driven by the first pushing component to move from a blocking position coving the gap to a non-blocking position revealing at least a part of the gap. When the transmission shaft is driven to rotate in a first direction, the first pushing component is moved toward the first end of a movable region. When the first pushing component has been moved to the first end of the movable region and the transmission shaft keeps being driven to rotate in the first direction, the first clutch prevents the transmission shaft from further driving the first pushing component, whereby the first pushing component stays at substantially the first end of the movable region.

    Abstract: A window covering includes a headrail and a covering material positioned under the headrail. The covering material includes a slat assembly. The headrail includes a traverse board and a pressure-dispersion structure, wherein the pressure-dispersion structure is positioned at the traverse board, and protrudes from a bottom surface of the traverse board. On a side of the pressure-dispersion structure facing the slat assembly, a pressure-dispersion area is formed corresponding to a topmost slat of the slat assembly which is closest to the headrail. When the covering material is raised and eventually contacts the headrail, the topmost slat can be controlled to contact at least part of the pressure-dispersion area, whereby to disperse a pressure applied to the slats.

    Abstract: A transmission mechanism of a window covering includes a first lifting cord set, a second lifting cord set, and a driving cord set. The driving cord set has a cone reel and a control cord, wherein the cone reel has a gradually decreasing dimension, and the control cord winds around the cone reel and has a section left out of the headrail. The first and the second lifting cord sets each has a reel and a lifting cord, wherein the reel is driven by the cone reel, and the lifting cord has opposite ends fastened to the reel and the bottom rail respectively. The cone reel changes a speed and torque of the power transferred to the bottom rail while the user pulls the control cord to lift the bottom cord and the slats of the window covering in an efficient way.

    Abstract: A covering of a building opening includes a rail, a first sash having a guiding slot, a second sash hinged with the first sash and having a center of rotation at an end thereof, a pulley assembly, and a restricting assembly. The pulley assembly is movably received in the rail and has a rod. The rod has a protrusion section extending out of the rail, and the protrusion section enters and leaves the guiding slot while the pulley assembly is moving. The restricting assembly has a moving member and a locking base. The moving member is provided on one of the first sash and the second sash, and the locking base is provided on the other. The moving member is moved by the rod and engages the locking base when the rod leaves the guiding slot.

    Abstract: A window blind includes a headrail and a covering structure provided below the headrail. The covering structure includes multiple slats, which can be turned, lifted, and lowered. A driving module is immovably provided in the headrail and includes a power unit. A modulation assembly includes an adjustment member which is drivable to drive an adjustment cord assembly, turning the slats. A block and tackle system is provided in the headrail, and includes a movable member, which is drivable by the power unit to optionally reciprocate in a longitudinal direction of the headrail. A lifting cord assembly is connected to the block and tackle system, and extends out of the headrail to be fixedly connected to a bottom of the covering structure. When the movable member reciprocates in the longitudinal direction, the lifting cord assembly is driven to lift or lower the covering structure.

    Abstract: A cord retractor for a window covering comprises a housing and a driving wheel, a reeling wheel, a spring, a friction member and a unidirectional transmission mechanism. The driving wheel and the reeling wheel can rotate with each other. The spring is coupled with the driving wheel and is wound on or unwound from the driving wheel according to a rotating direction of the driving wheel. The friction member is in a closed loop shape and surrounding a shaft of the housing. The unidirectional transmission mechanism is coupled with the friction member and the reeling wheel, and operated in different operation modes according to a rotating direction of the reeling wheel, by which the friction member provides constant resistance to the rotation of the reeling wheel when the reeling wheel rotates in a first direction, and stops providing resistance when the reeling wheel rotates in a second direction.
