    Abstract: A window covering includes a headrail and a covering material positioned under the headrail. The covering material includes a slat assembly. The headrail includes a traverse board and a pressure-dispersion structure, wherein the pressure-dispersion structure is positioned at the traverse board, and protrudes from a bottom surface of the traverse board. On a side of the pressure-dispersion structure facing the slat assembly, a pressure-dispersion area is formed corresponding to a topmost slat of the slat assembly which is closest to the headrail. When the covering material is raised and eventually contacts the headrail, the topmost slat can be controlled to contact at least part of the pressure-dispersion area, whereby to disperse a pressure applied to the slats.

    Abstract: A window blind includes a headrail and a covering structure provided below the headrail. The covering structure includes multiple slats, which can be turned, lifted, and lowered. A driving module is immovably provided in the headrail and includes a power unit. A modulation assembly includes an adjustment member which is drivable to drive an adjustment cord assembly, turning the slats. A block and tackle system is provided in the headrail, and includes a movable member, which is drivable by the power unit to optionally reciprocate in a longitudinal direction of the headrail. A lifting cord assembly is connected to the block and tackle system, and extends out of the headrail to be fixedly connected to a bottom of the covering structure. When the movable member reciprocates in the longitudinal direction, the lifting cord assembly is driven to lift or lower the covering structure.

    Abstract: A building material for doors and windows and a method of making the building material are disclosed. The building material includes, from inside to outside, a core, a piece of reinforced material, a panel, and a cover film, wherein a surface of the core is applied with an adhesive material. The piece of reinforced material includes a piece of carbon fiber fabric, wherein the adhesive material penetrates the pieces of carbon fiber fabric. The adhesive material fixes the panel and the core after it is dried, and makes the piece of carbon fiber fabric locate between the panel and the core. Whereby, the building material has significant improvement in the aspect of anti-bending because the piece of carbon fiber fabric has reinforcing functions such as pull resistance, shear resistance, and shock resistance.

    Abstract: A headrail structure includes a front side plate, a rear side plate, and a transverse plate, wherein the front side plate and the rear side plate are respectively connected to two different long edges of the transverse plate. The transverse plate of the headrail has at least one opening. The front side plate has a protrusion extending downward, and the protrusion is near the opening. A covering device for a building opening, which includes the headrail structure, is disclosed herein. In the covering device, part of a control unit would be exposed through the opening, or would extend out of the headrail structure through the opening. Whereby, the protrusion of the headrail could shield the opening to make an appearance of the headrail simple and clean, which enhances the quality of the whole covering device.

    Abstract: A spring box provided in one headrail of a window covering is disclosed, including a base, a post rotatably provided on the base to wind up a lifting cord, and a prestressing device which provides a pulling force to the post to rotate it in a predetermined direction. The spring box further includes a guiding member provided in the post to be rotated by the post, a movable member which moves along the guiding member in a non-rotating manner when the guiding member is rotated, and a friction member which is compressed and deformed to increase a friction between it and an inner wall of the post when the movable member is moved in a predetermined direction, providing a resistance effect to the rotation of the post, which makes one bottom rail of the window covering stay at a predetermined position.

    Abstract: A control structure for a window covering includes a base, a revolving wheel having an axial post, a restriction means including a bushing fitting around the axial post, a transmission member provided on a side of the bushing, and at least one pawl connected to the axial post. The revolving wheel is connected to the base. The restriction means has at least one cutting groove. The transmission member has at least one abutting portion on an inner wall thereof. The pawl is pivotable within a width of the cutting groove. When the revolving wheel is rotated forward, an end of the pawl passes through the cutting groove to mesh with the abutting portion. When the revolving wheel is rotated backward, the pawl disengages from the abutting portion, and the transmission member is rotatable relative to the revolving wheel. Whereby, it could prevent generating noise while operating the window covering.

    Abstract: A reeling device for a window covering is disclosed, including a base having a perforation, an end cap, and a rotating member engaged to the base. The rotating member is rotatable around an axis, and has a body portion having a first end and a second end. An end of the lifting cord is engaged to the body portion near the first end, while another end passes through the perforation and winds around the second end. The end cap is engaged to the first end and is rotatable, which includes a tapered sleeve and a tubular body fitting around the body portion to cover a cord segment engaged to the body portion; the tapered sleeve is connected to the tubular body, and an outer diameter thereof decreases in a direction away from the first end. Such structure is helpful to control a lifting cord to smoothly operate a shade material.
