The positive electrode plate includes a positive electrode current collector and a positive electrode active substance layer, the negative electrode plate includes a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode active substance layer disposed on surface of the negative electrode current collector. The positive electrode active substance layer is provided with a first groove. The negative electrode active substance layer is provided with a second groove, the second groove is corresponding to the first groove, the second groove extends along a thickness direction of the electrode assembly to the negative electrode current collector. The second groove is provided with a first protective adhesive inside, so as to ensure thickness consistency between the groove and a body zone of the electrode plate and reducing the risk of short circuit.

    摘要: The present application provides a package sealing structure, a preparation method thereof and a flexible packaging battery. In a package peripheral region of the package sealing structure, the insulating heat sealing layers of the two layers of packaging film face each other and are melted into one body to form an insulating fusion layer which seals and bonds the two layers of the packaging film together. The insulating fusion layer is formed with an overflow portion that overflows from the package peripheral region of the package sealing structure to the outer end surfaces of the core metal layers of the two layers of packaging film and covers completely the outer end surfaces of the core metal layer of the two layers of packaging film, so that the outer end surfaces of the core metal layers are insulated from the peripheral environment.

    摘要: The invention provides an electrode piece, a cell and an energy storage device. The electrode piece is used to form the cell, comprising: a current collector; a diaphragm; and a groove. Among them, the current collector exposed at the bottom of the groove is a blank current collector, and the blank current collector is formed with a connecting portion; the connecting portion is cut out from the blank current collector as a part of the blank current collector and bent on the blank current collector along the width direction; and at least a portion of the connecting portion extends beyond the outer edge of the current collector in the width direction. The electrode piece of the invention can increase the energy density of the cell and the connection strength of the blank current collector of the electrode tab and the electrode piece, and reduce the production cost.

    摘要: A battery, including a battery cell and a housing assembly accommodating the battery cell. The battery cell includes a first tab. The housing assembly includes a first housing body and a second housing body. The first housing body and the second housing body define an accommodation space to accommodate the battery cell. The first housing body and/or the second housing body include an installation portion provided with a via hole. A conductive member is disposed on an inner surface or an outer surface of the housing assembly and electrically connected to the first tab. In a through direction of the via hole, a projection of the conductive member is at least partially located in the via hole. The conductive member can avoid occupying internal space of the housing assembly, and increase the energy density of the battery. An electric device containing the battery is provided.
