Abstract: A method and apparatus may include establishing a first bearer for user equipment to transmit uplink communication to an application server. The user equipment is configured for vehicle-to-vehicle or vehicle-to-infrastructure communication. The method may also include establishing a second bearer for the application server to transmit downlink communication to the user equipment obtaining V2X services. The method may also include transmitting uplink and downlink communication between the user equipment and the application server.
