Abstract: Methods and apparatus for base station conformance testing are disclosed. Two wireless carriers that are based on different radio technologies and dynamically share a radio spectrum are received from a base station. Frequencies and timings of the two wireless carriers are measured and a frequency difference between the measured frequencies and a timing difference between the measured timings of the two wireless carriers are then determined. It can then be determined whether the frequency and timing differences satisfy predefined criteria for acceptable frequency and timing differences.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for signaling a message regarding UE receiver performance degradation between a user equipment and a network. Close UL/DL frequencies or harmonic relationships may cause MSD. A user equipment may indicate an actual or improved maximum sensitivity degradation value for a configuration, or that there is no maximum sensitivity degradation for a configuration, using capability transfer signaling, RRC reconfiguration signaling, and/or measurement reporting. The indicated maximum sensitivity degradation for a configuration may be found in a table. The user equipment may additionally signal information about configuration(s) it supports and/or measurements it has made related to cross band transmit-to-receive degradation and/or SINR. A UE may implicitly indicate a MSD value through selection of a bandwidth combination set. MSD may be used by the network to assist in making scheduling decisions.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for interleaved control channel element to resource element group mapping within a portion of a control resource set. A method may include determining a first set of parameters having a first configuration for a first control resource set including a plurality of resource element groups. One method may include receiving, by a UE configured with power saving feature(s), positioning performance requirements for a positioning session. The method may also include estimating an impact of one or more power saving or reduced capability features on positioning measurements associated with the positioning session and, based on the accuracy and latency requirements and the estimated impact, determining the power saving or reduced capability features that the UE can implement while still achieving the accuracy and latency requirements for the positioning session.
