    摘要: An antenna device includes an antenna element 10 and a printed circuit board 20 on which the antenna element 10 is mounted. The antenna element 10 includes a base 11 which is made of a dielectric material and a radiation conductor formed on at least one surface of the base 11. The printed circuit board 20 includes ground clearance region 23a having substantially a rectangular shape and having one side contacting an edge of the printed circuit board and other three sides surrounded by an edge line of a ground pattern, an antenna mounting region 27 provided within the ground clearance region 23a, and at least one frequency adjusting element 30 provided within the ground clearance region 27. The frequency adjusting element 30 is provided on the far side of the antenna mounting region 27 as viewed from an edge 20e of the printed circuit board 20.

    摘要: An antenna device includes an antenna element 10 and a printed circuit board 20 on which the antenna element 10 is mounted. The antenna element 10 includes a base 11 which is made of a dielectric material and a radiation conductor formed on at least one surface of the base 11. The printed circuit board 20 includes ground clearance region 23a having substantially a rectangular shape and having one side contacting an edge of the printed circuit board and other three sides surrounded by an edge line of a ground pattern, an antenna mounting region 27 provided within the ground clearance region 23a, and at least one frequency adjusting element 30 provided within the ground clearance region 27. The frequency adjusting element 30 is provided on the far side of the antenna mounting region 27 as viewed from an edge 20e of the printed circuit board 20.

A feeding electrode 130 and ground electrode 134 are printed on the bottom surface of the antenna elements 124. The feeding electrode 130 and radiation electrode 132 on the upper surface are opposed to each other as parallel planes. The ground electrode 134 and radiation electrode 132 are also opposite to each other as parallel planes. No electrode is formed on one of the side surfaces of the antenna element 124 that is opposed to the side surface at the side of which the radiation electrode 132 is folded.

A feeding electrode 130 and ground electrode 134 are printed on the bottom surface of the antenna elements 124.     摘要: An antenna device includes an antenna element and a printed circuit board on which the antenna element is mounted. The antenna element includes a base, a radiation conductor formed on an upper surface of the substrate and one end of the radiation conductor being an open end, a plurality of terminal electrodes formed on a bottom surface of the substrate, and a loop conductor of a substantially U-shape. The loop conductor is arranged to face one of the terminal electrodes via a gap having a predetermined width. An antenna mounting region is provided on a upper surface of the printed circuit board to be adjacent to an edge of a long side of the printed circuit board. A feed line is led in the antenna mounting region along the edge. One and the other end of the loop conductor are connected to the feed line and a ground pattern, respectively.

The antenna element includes a base, a radiation conductor formed on an upper surface of the substrate and one end of the radiation conductor being an open end, a plurality of terminal electrodes formed on a bottom surface of the substrate, and a loop conductor of a substantially U-shape. The loop conductor is arranged to face one of the terminal electrodes via a gap having a predetermined width. An antenna mounting region is provided on a upper surface of the printed circuit board to be adjacent to an edge of a long side of the printed circuit board. A feed line is led in the antenna mounting region along the edge. One and the other end of the loop conductor are connected to the feed line and a ground pattern, respectively.

    摘要: A semiconductor device producing apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus includes a carrier-holding stage for placing a carrier; first, second and third stages each for holding first and second boats one at a time, each boat holding one or more substrates; a boat transfer mechanism for transferring the boats among the first, second and third stages; and a substrate transfer mechanism for transferring the substrate(s) from the carrier to the boat held by the first stage. A controller controls the first stage, the boat transfer mechanism and the substrate transfer mechanism so that the boat transfer mechanism transfers one of the boats from the second stage to the first stage, the substrate transfer mechanism then transfers the substrate(s) from the carrier to the boat held by the first stage, and the first stage then moves the boat into the processing chamber for processing.
