    摘要: One end portion of a lug detecting lever or cassette detecting lever is arranged at the position of a safety lug of a cassette loaded on a tray unit or at the position of the cassette. The pivotal position of the other end portion of this detecting lever is varied in accordance with the presence/absence of a safety lug or a cassette. During insertion of the tray unit into a housing, a shutter mechanism is rendered operative or inoperative in accordance with the pivotal position of said detecting lever. The shutter mechanism is associated with a tape end detecting element. Upon receiving a detection signal from this tape end detecting element, a controller can determine the presence/absence of a safety lug or a cassette.

    摘要: An energy-storing unit with a forcing mechanism and an on-load tap changing device provided with the same which employ an inexpensive and simple structure and which can suppress a loading torque to operate stably. A forcing mechanism built in an energy-storing unit includes a protrusion, a bearing, and a loading cam. Among those components, the protrusion is attached to the bottom face of an eccentric cam, and the bearing is attached to the tip of the protrusion. The loading cam is an isosceles triangle having a vertex that is substantially 90 degrees, and is attached to the top face of an energy-storing case. The loading cam becoming in contact with the bearing causes a crank to rotate through the energy-storing case, and feeds a catch to a standby position.

A clamping mechanism that can reliably chuck (clamp) an optical disc is therefore provided. That is, the cam slider for controlling the loading and ejecting of the optical disc cooperate with the clamp lever and clamping ring, both moving in the cam groove made in the cam slider. The cam slider, clamp lever and clamping ring therefore rotate the disc motor around the shaft thereof, thereby reliably moving the disc motor to the standby position.

The cam slider includes a first sloping surface that is elastically deformed, generating a force for separating the rack-gear section from the cam slider, when receiving a force that acts in the same direction as to eject an optical disc, and a second sloping surface that generates a force for coupling the rack-gear section to the cam slider again, when pressed with a force that acts in the same direction as the rack-gear section separated from the cam slider ejects an optical disc. The cam slider is moved in the direction opposite to the direction in which first and second guide arms transport the optical disc in order to load or eject the optical disc. The cam slider transmits a drive force provided by a loading motor to the first and second guide arms.
