    摘要: On a surface of a decorative paper, vessel perforation of natural wood is reproduced by an offset groove (100) consisting of three steps of embossing grooves (110, 120, 130) of the nesting structure. Respective grooves are such that they are deeper according as positions thereof shift to the internal, and are disposed in a manner to be eccentric in a length direction. Within the groove, a convex bank portion (140) in which the bottom surface is linearly protruded is formed. An embossing plate for processing such an offset groove is prepared on the basis of a vessel cross section pattern inputted by using natural wood. The inputted plane vessel cross section pattern is replaced by an approximate elliptical figure. A three-dimensional virtual vessel perforation model is determined by calculation using the elliptical figure. Equi-depth lines for set predetermined depths are extracted from the three-dimensional model and contour figures of embossing grooves (110, 120, 130) are obtained. Patterning masks using respective equi-depth lines as contour lines are respectively prepared to repeatedly carry out patterning processing with respect to the plate material by successively using respective masks in order from shallower depths to thereby prepare an embossing plate.

    摘要: An arc welding and arc plasma cutting machine having a dc high-voltage generator is provided. The dc high-voltage generator includes a first dc power source, a second dc power source, an one-way rectifier, and a voltage clamping circuit. The first dc power source applies a dc voltage through the one-way rectifier across an electrode and a work piece. The second dc power source is connected across the first dc power source and superimposes a dc voltage on the power produced by the first dc power source for developing an arc discharge across the electrode and the work piece. The voltage clamping circuit connected in parallel to the one-way rectifier to restrict a high-voltage applied to the one-way rectifier below a given level for protecting the one-way rectifier from breakage due to application of the high-voltage.

    摘要: A consumable electrode arc welding machine in which if a short circuit does not lasts beyond a predetermined first time limit, pulse current and base current outputs for the arc are alternated with each other in a basic pulse period. If a short circuit lasts beyond the first time limit, the welding output during the subsequent short circuit period is subjected to constant-current control along a predetermined first trace, and a second time limit begins from the start of arc regeneration. The welding output is controlled to be different from both the pulse current and base current during the second time limit to restore the operation of the welding within the basic pulse period.

The vehicle seat further comprises a mechanism for regulating the rotational movement of the backrest, which can be controlled in response to a detected driving state of the vehicle. The backrest may be immovably retained at a normal position relative to the seat cushion during the usual forward driving, and allowed to rotate to a suitable position during a stop, reverse, or cornering of the vehicle.
