摘要: A cooling structure for an in-wheel motor includes an in-wheel motor mounted within a wheel of a vehicle to drive the wheel or to be driven by the wheel, and an oil channel and a fin serving as “heat radiating portions” to facilitate cooling of the in-wheel motor. 摘要: An electrically driven wheel includes a wheel disc and a wheel hub; an in-wheel motor mounted within the wheel disc to drive the wheel disc and the wheel hub or to be driven by the wheel disc and the wheel hub; a brake rotor and a brake caliper suppressing rotation of the wheel disc and the wheel hub while a vehicle is moving; and a parking lock mechanism provided in the in-wheel motor separately from a brake mechanism formed of the brake rotor and the brake caliper. The parking lock mechanism is a band-type brake frictionally engaging a planetary carrier serving as an “output portion” of a “reduction mechanism”.

摘要: A wheel supporting apparatus includes dampers, ball joints, a knuckle, an upper arm and a lower arm. The dampers are attached to a case of an in-wheel motor in the top-bottom direction of the vehicle's body and are connected respectively to the ball joints. The upper arm and the lower arm have respective one-ends connected to respective dampers via the ball joints and respective other ends pivotably fixed to the vehicle's body. The knuckle is connected to the ball joints to rotatably support a wheel hub via hub bearings.

摘要: A stator includes a cylindrical-shaped stator core including multiple teeth projecting in a radial direction of the stator core, multiple coils wound around each of the multiple teeth, multiple bus rings arranged at an axially end portion of the stator core and each electrically connected to each of the multiple coils, multiple wire pulled-out portions formed on both ends of the coil and pulled out towards the bus ring, and multiple connection terminal portions integrally formed on the respective bus rings in such a manner that the connection terminal portions are arranged at respective predetermined intervals in a peripheral direction of the stator core and each extending towards each wire pulled-out portion. A tip end portion of the connection terminal portion is bent so as to form a substantially U-shape for pinching the wire pulled-out portion.
