    摘要: A light-sensitive silver halide photographic material having at least one silver halide emulsion layer on a support, characterized in that the said silver halide comprises silver halide grains containing at least 80 molar % of silver chloride and at least one of merocyanine dyes having the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 individually represent an alkyl group, an alkenyl group or an aryl group provided that at least one of R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 is an alkyl or aryl group having a sulfo group; R.sub.3, R.sub.4, R.sub.5 and R.sub.6 individually represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a lower alkyl group, a lower alkoxy group or a phenyl group and any one pair of R.sub.3 and R.sub.4, R.sub.5 and R.sub.6, R.sub.1 and R.sub.6 or R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 may joint each other to form a ring; X is an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom or a selenium atom; and Y is an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom or a selenium atom provided that at least one of X and Y represents a selenium atom.

    摘要: There is disclosed a light-sensitive silver halide color photographic material having a silver halide emulsion layer containing at least one layer of a negative working silver halide on a support, comprising the negative working silver halide comprises at least 80 mole % of silver chloride, and being color sensitized with at least one kind of sensitizing dyes having the local maximum value of spectral sensitivity in the wavelength region from 445 nm to 490 nm and at least one kind of sensitizing dyes having the local maximum value of spectral sensitivity in the wavelength region from 420 nm to less than 445 nm.The photographic material according to this invention exhibits excellent color reproducibility and quick process suitability.

An add-on forming compound which becomes removable or separable from the sintering compound injection molded body in the debinding step or the sintering step is injected into the metal mold set provided with an add-on mold in an add-on forming step (S102). The sintering compound injection molded body and the add-on are formed integrally with each other in the metal mold set. The integral formation of the add-on and the sintering compound injection molded body enables to prevent damage during release from the mold and make easy to handle the injection molded body.

Provided is a patterning process comprising steps of applying the above-described resist material onto a substrate to form a coating, heating the coating, exposing the coating, and developing the exposed coating in a developer after an optional heat treatment.
