摘要: A portion of the plastic container T where an opening 7 is provided has a flange portion 7a, and provided are a recess provided annularly along a peripheral edge of the opening 7 at an outside of the plastic container body 2, with an annular member being embedded integrally in the recess, a cover 1 resting against the flange portion to close the opening 7, a seal 14 provided between the flange portion 7a and the cover 1 to prevent a leak, and an annular retainer 9 fastened to the annular member 8 while resting against an external surface of the cover 1. This allows the opening 7 provided in the plastic container T and the cover 1 to be fastened together firmly with excellent and stable hermetical sealing performance.

摘要: In order to solve the problem of a conventional attachment structure of a fuel tank made of resin, the present invention is an attachment structure of a component of a fuel tank made of resin where a connection portion with a tank main body made of resin is formed of a thermally depositable material, and which tank comprises a joint portion connected with the tank main body by a thermal deposition and an inner tubular member supported by the joint portion and housed in the tank main body, wherein a movement regulation mechanism for regulating a movement in an axial direction of the inner tubular member for the joint portion is provided at least at one of the joint portion and the inner tubular member, and the joint portion and the inner tubular member are formed by an integral molding.

摘要: A joint part includes a connection part weldable on the tank and a tube part including an inner circumferential face. An inner tube is fitted inside and in contact with the inner circumferential face. The tube and the inner tube include materials having different swelling rates when exposed to the fuel to be stored in the tank. An end of the tube, and an end of the inner tube corresponding in an axial direction with the end of tube, include slopes therearound in contact with each other. The slopes are inclined from the axial direction. When the tube and the inner tube swell due to being wet with the fuel, the slopes have a relative displacement in the axial direction and in a radial direction of the tube and the inner tube, with contact therebetween.

摘要: A joint part includes a connection part weldable on the tank and a tube part including an inner circumferential face. An inner tube is fitted in the inner circumferential face and in contact with the inner circumferential face. The tube and the inner tube include materials having different swelling rates against a fuel to be stored in the tank. An end of the tube and a corresponding end of the inner tube in an axial direction of the tube and the inner tube include slopes therearound in contact with each other. The slopes are inclined from the axial direction. When the tube and the inner tube swell due to wet with the fuel, the slopes have relative displacement in the axial direction and a radial direction of the tube and the inner tube with contact therebetween.

摘要: A piping member is mounted in a mounting hole of one panel by means of a first holder and in a mounting hole of the other panel by means of a second holder, respectively. Each of the first and the second holders has a through-hole for receiving the piping member therethrough, and a fit-in projecting portion that is fitted in the mounting hole so as to be positioned. Each of the first and the second holders also has a resilient lug and a collar portion for cooperatively clamping the panel with its inner and outer surfaces therebetween. The first holder holds the piping member relatively movably axially with respect to the first holder therethrough, while the second holder securely fixes the piping member axially with respect to the second holder therethrough.
