摘要： There is provided a composition comprising an RNA-encapsulated liposome, the RNA comprising a sequence being of 15 to 30 contiguous nucleotides of mRNA of a target gene associated with a disease in an eyeball, and a sequence complementary to the sequence, wherein the liposome is capable of reaching an eyeball, and the like. The liposome in which an RNA is encapsulated is, for example, a liposome composing a complex particle comprising a lead particle and the RNA as constituent components, the lead particle comprising a cationic lipid, and a bilayer lipid membrane for coating the complex particle. The bilayer lipid membrane is a bilayer lipid membrane comprising a neutral lipid, and a lipid derivative, a fatty acid derivative or an aliphatic hydrocarbon derivative of a water-soluble substance as constituent components.

摘要： An igniter plug is provided with a metallic shell, an insulator located within the metallic shell and a center electrode within the inner bore of the insulator. The front end of the electrode extends outside beyond the front end of the insulator. The insulator is made from sintered ceramic material which includes silicon nitride in an amount in the range 85-99% by weight. The front end of the insulator is axially retracted interiorally from the front end of the metallic shell from about 1.5 to about 2.5 mm.

摘要： An igniter plug has a tubular metallic shell and an annular ground electrode each connected in series by an interfitting, and fixed by welding. The igniter plug further has a tubular insulator placed within both the metallic shell and the ground electrode, while a center electrode is placed within the insulator to be surrounded by the ground electrode. A plurality of lock arms are provided with a front end of the metallic shell, and each top end of lock arms has a pawl which is brought into an engagement with an inner wall of a groove which is provided with an inner surface of the ground electrode when the metallic shell and the ground electrode are connected, and at the same time, the insulator is brought into an engagement with an inner side of each lock arm to deter the lock arms from being flexed inwardly when the insulator is placed.

摘要： Piezoelectric elements are attached to both sides of a flexible metal thin plate, thus forming a bimorph-type piezoelectric vibrator. A portion of the metal thin plate is extended to form a stirring blade. A suitable weight is attached to a part of the metal plate such that the amplitude of the blade is made greater than the amplitude of the vibrator itself. The voltage to be applied to the vibrator and the frequency are adjusted, and the vibrator is vibrated in a second-order mode. Thereby, the entire solution is moved simultaneously, vertical motion is caused, and the stirring efficiency is enhanced.
