A guide bushing is slidably mounted on the post by guide blocks and a retainer assembly. The guide bushing includes a number of guide blocks equal to the number of grooves in the guide post, and each has a groove opposed to a corresponding groove in the post. The retainer assembly, which is positioned within the guide bushing, includes at least two cross roller bearings, one for each groove on the guide post, mounted on a generally circular frame. The roller bearings are mounted on the frame with the axes of the rollers at such an angle relative to the plane of the frame that the rollers run along the aligned opposed grooves in the guide post and guide blocks.

There is provided a medical device, especially an indwelling needle with a branch tube, in which the construction is simple, the operation can be performed easily in a short period of time, and misoperation is less liable to occur, thus a medical accident being less prone to take place. In the medical device, a first case portion fitted with a check valve therein and provided with a flexible portion having a pressing button and a second case portion connecting with the first case portion on the inflow side of the check valve are separate parts. The medical device is characterized by having a branch tube which extends to the side of the second case portion and the interior of which communicates with the hollow portion of the second case portion.

The present invention relates to a bearing for moving a cylindrical rod shaped guide member, a female screw (such as a spline nut), a guide rail, a linearly moving block for moving on the guide rail, and a linearly moving block unit having a ball screw shaft rotatably pivoted and an angular nut that fits into the ball screw shaft. A carbon fiber dispersed resin is disposed at a contacting portion and a sliding portion. A smooth sliding operation can be accomplished without need to use a ball bearing or the like almost free of a play and noise. In addition, slide portions are prevented from getting worn and damaged. Moreover, the cost of the embodiment of the present invention is relatively low.
