    摘要: It is an object of this invention to provide a molding apparatus capable of obtaining an optical element of which both an optical functional surface and a lens mounting reference can be molded simultaneously and which has an appropriate lens thickness. In order to achieve this object, the apparatus includes a lower mold having one molding surface on its upper surface, a lower periphery regulating member for fitting on an outer surface of the lower mold to regulate an excess of a glass material swelling outward from the molding surface of the lower mold, an upper mold having the other molding surface on its lower surface, and an upper periphery regulating member for fitting on an outer surface of the upper mold to regulate the excess of the glass material swelling outward from the molding surface of the upper mold. When at least one of the upper and lower molds is moved vertically to press-mold the thermally softened glass material with the molding surfaces, the excess of the glass material flows into a space formed by upper and lower ends of the lower and upper periphery regulating members, respectively. Positions of the upper and lower ends of the space where the excess of the glass material flows into change vertically along edges of the molding surfaces.

    摘要: An unsaturated polyester molding compound of which viscosity at 25.degree. C. is about 10.sup.7 centipoise or more, containing (1) glass fiber of about 0.05 to 3 mm in length, (2) 4-methyl-2,4-diphenylpentene-1, and (3) a transparent filler can give glossy, transparent, thick, profile articles without cracking even at high temperatures. Therefore, the molding compound is used advantageously for production, for example, of bathtubs, kitchen counters, and lavatory and dressing tables.

    摘要: Provided is a power line communication system in which power line communication devices having different configurations from each other coexist. A charging station performs power line communication, using a signal superimposition/separation section in which a capacitor, a coupling transformer, and a capacitor are connected to branch lines branched from two AC lines. An electric vehicle performs power line communication, using a signal superimposition/separation section in which the coupling transformer is inserted in one AC line and a capacitor is connected to and between two AC lines. In a case where the charging station and the electric vehicle are connected to each other with a charging cable, a closed loop circuit is formed that is composed of the AC line, the branch line, the capacitor, a primary coil of the coupling transformer, the capacitor, the branch line, the AC line, an AC line, the AC line, the capacitor, a primary coil of a coupling transformer, the AC line, and an AC line. Thus, power line communication can be performed.

    摘要: Provided are a power line communication system, a connector device, and a power line communication device that allow downsizing of a device for power line communication in a vehicle that performs power line communication with a feeding device via a charging cable. An electromagnetic induction type signal converter and a filter necessary for power line communication are provided in a connector device 3, and a power line communication section which performs power line communication with the electromagnetic induction type signal converter is provided in an ECU. A capacitor 16, a signal wire 17, and a capacitor 16 are connected in series between AC lines 11 and 12 extending from a tubular part 32 of the connector device 3. The electromagnetic induction type signal converter is formed by a primary coil obtained by winding the signal wire 17 around a toroidal core 15c fitted on the tubular part 32, and a secondary coil obtained by winding a signal wire 13 connected to the power line communication section around the toroidal core 15c. Cutouts 32a and 32b for housing the signal wires 17 and 13 wound around the toroidal core 15c are formed in the tubular part 32 of the connector device 3.
