摘要: A brake fluid pressure control device for vehicles is provided capable of adjusting with a simple control a brake fluid pressure applied to a wheel brake. The control device includes for each system of an X-pipe arrangement: a cut valve as a linear solenoid valve provided to a first fluid pressure path; a pump capable of pressurizing brake fluid on a side toward the wheel brakes than the cut valve on the first fluid pressure path; and a control valve provided on the second fluid pressure path. The control device further includes: a target fluid pressure setting portion for setting a target fluid pressure for each of the wheel brake; and a valve actuating portion for drive-controlling the cut valve and the control valve, based on the target fluid pressure. The valve actuating portion performs for each of the systems the operations of drive-controlling the cut valve by using a higher one of the target fluid pressures of the wheel brakes as a target fluid pressure of the first fluid pressure path, to control the wheel brake having the higher target fluid pressure by driving only the cut valve, and of controlling a wheel brake having a lower target fluid pressure by driving the control valve corresponding to the wheel brake having the lower target fluid pressure.

摘要: A brake fluid pressure controller for a vehicle includes: wheel brakes; a master cylinder for supplying pressure to a brake fluid; at least one fluid pressure passage connecting the wheel brakes with the master cylinder; a pump provided on each fluid pressure passage for intensifying the brake fluid pressure; a revolution-controllable motor for driving the pump; a motor drive control part for controlling motor revolutions; a target fluid pressure calculation part for setting a target fluid pressure of the brake fluid; a brake fluid pressure acquisition part; and a fluid pressure deviation calculation part for calculating a difference between the target fluid pressure and the brake fluid pressure. When the difference is less than a predetermined value, the motor drive control part drives the motor at a smaller number of revolutions, as compared with a case where the difference is the predetermined value or more.

摘要: A brake fluid pressure control device for vehicles is provided capable of adjusting with a simple control a brake fluid pressure applied to a wheel brake. 摘要: A vehicle brake fluid pressure control apparatus includes a control unit including a memory part for storing a valve closing map which shows a relationship between a differential pressure between an upstream side and a downstream side of a pressure regulator valve and an output current value for closing the pressure regulator valve and a valve opening map which shows a relationship between the differential pressure and an output current value for opening the pressure regulator valve. The control unit executes a current value switching control in which the output current value of the valve closing map is changed to that of the valve opening map and thereafter, the output current of the valve opening map is changed to an output current value which lies somewhere between the output current values of the valve closing map and the valve opening map.

摘要: A vehicle brake fluid pressure control apparatus includes: a normally open electromagnetic valve which adjusts a differential pressure between an upstream side and a downstream side; and a control unit including a memory part which stores a valve closing map which shows a relationship between the differential pressure between the upstream side and the downstream side of the pressure regulator valve and an output current value for closing the pressure regulator valve and a valve opening map which shows a relationship between the differential pressure and an output current value for opening the pressure regulator valve, wherein when attempting to reduce a fluid pressures, the control unit executes a current value switching control which controls a current flowing to the pressure regulator valve by selecting alternately an output current value of the valve opening map and an output current value of the valve closing map.

The controller includes: means for converting the target fluid pressure into fluid volume and calculating required flow rate from this fluid volume; means for calculating required rotation speed of the motor from the required flow rate and on the basis of efficiency of the pump; and means for increasing the electric current applied to the valve for a predetermined value when the required rotation speed exceeds actual rotation speed of the motor.
