    摘要： The present invention relates to facilitating retail transactions between participating enrolled members and participating merchants who fund rebate offers targeted to enrolled members based upon a member's past account purchase transaction information, spending habits or member profile information, on qualifying purchases. Account purchase transaction information of merchants funding rebates is monitored by one or more processors at a location(s) other than the participating merchant's location to determine whether a purchase transaction was consummated between an enrolled member and a particular participating merchant, and whether such transaction entitles the member to a merchant funded rebate or reward. The remote monitoring and determining gives the rebate program transparency; no special purpose cards/accounts, or loyalty cards need to be presented by the member and no additional checkout procedures or special equipment are needed by the participating merchants. The rebates or rewards earned can be applied to various accounts, financial instruments or obligations.

    摘要： The present invention relates to facilitating retail transactions between registered members and selected merchants who fund rebates on the transactions between themselves and the registered members so that the rebates are accumulated and provided for funding an account. Account purchase transactions associated with merchants funding rebates are monitored to determine whether or not each transaction was consummated with a registered member using an eligible account. Rebates for qualifying purchases are calculated and the information needed to apply the earned rebates to a rebate account are generated.

    摘要： An automatic test apparatus calculates the amount of heat released by a material. The apparatus includes a calorimeter having a heating or burn chamber in which a sample of test material is burned by subjecting it to preselected heat flux rates. A computer automatically controls the apparatus by governing sample insertion into the chamber, and monitors the amount of heat and smoke the sample releases. Heat and smoke release data is automatically generated and provided to the user after every test.

A vacuum bag is placed over the workpiece, and the bag is sealed to the base using inner and outer seals. The inner and outer seals are spaced apart from each other to form a channel therebetween. Incentive offers may be advertised to members, including targeted offers to specific members. Account purchase transaction information of participating merchants is a) tracked by processor(s) belonging to a tracking entity, b) monitored by processor(s) and correlated with stored enrolled member information, and c) processor(s) determine whether a purchase transaction is between an enrolled member and participating merchant and if such transaction entitles the member to a merchant funded award; with such processor(s) being located other than at the participating merchant's location. The remote monitoring and determining gives the program transparency; no special purpose cards/accounts need to be presented by the member and no additional checkout procedures need to be performed by participating merchants. The awards can be applied as a credit or offset to various accounts, financial instruments or obligations.
