    摘要: The present invention provides a printing device optimizing information to be embedded by merging pieces of information of respective pages into a single piece of information in N-up printing. The printing device generates the information to be embedded according to a result of analyzing print parameters in print data when performing embedding printing processing of the information to be embedded for the print data in a machine-recognizable manner. That is, in the printing device, a unit of generating information to be embedded acquires respective pieces of information of M pages (1≦M≦N), analyzes the acquired respective pieces of information to be embedded, and generates a single piece of information to be embedded merging the respective pieces of information to be embedded based on the analysis result of the respective pieces of information to be embedded, when N-up printing is designated.

The system includes a strength measurement signal transmission circuit that transmits a received signal strength measurement signal, which is used to measure received signal strength at the communication terminal, a number of times with different transmission strengths during a single wireless bidirectional communication session. A received signal strength measurement circuit measures the received signal strength of the received signal strength measurement signal whenever the received signal strength measurement signal is received by the communication terminal. A measurement result transmission circuit transmits received signal strength measurement results as a single response signal to the communication master from the communication terminal during the single communication session. A check circuit checks whether the current bidirectional communication is authorized based on the received signal strength measurement results from the communication terminal.

    摘要: A short circuit protection circuit which readily recovers a relay drive circuit to an output operation state after a short circuit is cancelled while preventing the relay drive circuit from being damaged by a short circuit. The relay drive circuit outputs a drive current to a load in accordance with a first control signal. A short circuit detection circuit detects the occurrence of a short circuit at an output side of the relay drive circuit and suspends output operation of the relay drive circuit when a short circuit occurs. Further, the short circuit detection circuit intermittently transmits a recovery signal to the relay drive circuit in a certain time interval after a predetermined time elapses from when the short circuit occurs to recover the output operation of the relay drive circuit. The time interval is gradually increased whenever the recovery signal is transmitted.
