    摘要: A light amplifier according to an aspect of the present invention includes: a seed light source configured to generate a pulsing seed light; an excitation light source configured to generate excitation light; a light amplifying fiber configured to amplify the seed light by the excitation light and output the amplified light; and a control unit configured to control the seed light source and the excitation light source. The control unit has a mode to control the excitation light's power such that as a set value of a pulse width of the amplified light increases, the amplified light's peak energy increases within a threshold value at a minimum set value of the pulse width.

    摘要: This power supply unit of a control system outputs a notification signal to a calculation unit when a time in which an input voltage becomes smaller than a threshold voltage exceeds a prescribed first measurement time. When detecting that a predetermined second measurement time has elapsed after the notification signal has been received, the calculation unit outputs an instruction signal instructing the execution of a process before a stop in preparation for a prescribed stop of power supply, and executes the process before the stop in place of the current process. Settings of the threshold voltage and the second measurement time are configured to be changeable by means of an external operation.

    摘要: A light amplifying device includes, a light amplifying fiber to amplify a seed beam from a seed light source with an excitation beam from an excitation light source, and a controller. The controller causes the seed light source to emit the seed beam in an emission period in which the light amplifying fiber outputs the amplified light beam, causes the excitation light source to emit the excitation beam having first-level power in a non-emission period immediately before the emission period, and changes the excitation beam power to a second level higher than the first level at a beginning of the emission period. The controller increases the excitation beam power to a third level higher than the second level after starting of the emission period, and decreases gradually the excitation beam power from the third level to the second level.
