Abstract: RADICAL IN ITS MOLECULE AND ALSO HAVE A MEMBER OR MEMBERS SELECTED FROM THE GROUP CONSISTING OF THE -N , -S-, -NH-, -N N-, and -NH-NH- radicals in the same molecule; and (c) an organic compound capable of forming a chelate compound of a metal, which compound has the -OH radical in its molecule and also a member or members selected from the group consisting of the -N and -NH2 radicals in the same molecule.
