Abstract: According to embodiments, a method of producing a catalyst composition may include forming a slurry including an initial zeolite material, a surfactant, silica, and metal precursors, wherein the metal precursors contain a nickel-containing compound and a silver-containing compound, extruding the slurry to produce an extrudate, drying and calcining the extrudate to form a dried and calcined extrudate, hydrothermally treating the dried and calcined extrudate to form a hydrothermally-treated extrudate, and drying and calcining the hydrothermally-treated extrudate to produce the catalyst composition, wherein the catalyst composition includes zeolite, one or more oxides of nickel, and one or more oxides of silver.

Abstract: The invention relates to the intensification of hydrogen PSA processes through utilization of specifically engineered core-shell composite adsorbents. Different embodiments of core-shell adsorbents can be used with either high or low heat capacity cores, and different adsorbent shells (e.g. activated carbon, zeolite, silica gel, alumina etc.) resulting in higher mass transfer rates and hence sharper mass transfer fronts during the PSA process. The location of the limiting impurity front determines the product purity. Therefore, with sharper impurity fronts, lower height of adsorbent bed is required, and cycle time can be proportionally reduced. Also, thermal swing during the PSA can be reduced by use of such adsorbents. The use of a high heat capacity core to reduce the thermal swing, leads to higher overall working capacity of the adsorbent bed.

Abstract: A composition comprising a physical blend of discrete particulates such that the liquid absorbency is greater than the individual components and is greater than the expected absorbency based on the rule of mixtures. A composition comprising diatomaceous earth which may have a clump strength greater than 75% and in which the thy density may be less than 880 kg/m3(55 lb/ft3). The compositions exhibit synergistic absorbance, light density, high clump strength, low dustiness, and are suitable for industrial and household absorption and solidification, animal litter, and soil amendment.

Abstract: Methods and processes are provided to make clinoptilolite into a water-soluble hydrolyzed form with electrolytes suitable for various administration routes for use in the detoxification and rejuvenation in environment arena, nutraceutical arena, and pharmaceutical arena This process includes oral, topical, tablet, pill formulas, biotech delivery and intravenous. Absorption of water-soluble hydrolyzed clinoptilolite fragments can aid in detoxification by binding to heavy metals, viruses and environmental toxins and can reduce reactive oxygen species and inflammation related to metals. The process and method described can provide an increase in energy, increase in growth factors that aid in hair, skin, and nail growth, and can provide an increase in focus, concentration, and memory. Water-soluble hydrolyzed, electrolyzed clinoptilolite fragments can be combined with one or more dietary supplements, including various vitamins, minerals, and sleep aids to rejuvenate the cells and the environment during and after detoxification.
