摘要: A monitoring system includes one or more detection devices, a communication device, and an analytics system. The one or more detection devices generate, at a conveyance system, one or more data streams describing the ride of the conveyance system, where the data streams include at least one of vibration data and audio data. The communication device transmits sensor data based on the one or more data streams. The analytics system receives the sensor data from the communication device and, based on the sensor data, determines a ride quality of the conveyance system.

摘要: An elevator system includes a component adapted to perform a function, a sensor, and a control configuration. The sensor is configured to detect an operating parameter associated with the function. The control configuration is configured to receive a parameter signal from the sensor, and extract a predesignated feature from data associated with the parameter signal. The predesignated feature is then aggregated by the control configuration and machine learning is applied to determine a degradation level of the function associated with the predesignated feature.

摘要: According to an aspect, a method of elevator sensor system calibration includes collecting, by a computing system, a plurality of data from one or more sensors of an elevator sensor system while a calibration device applies a known excitation. The computing system compares an actual response to an expected response to the known excitation using a trained model. The computing system performs analytics model calibration to calibrate the trained model based on one or more response changes between the actual response and the expected response.

摘要: An illustrative example embodiment of an elevator system includes a plurality of components respectively configured for at least one function during operation of the elevator system. A plurality of sensors are each associated with at least one of the components. Each sensor senses at least one characteristic of an actual performance of an associated one of the components. A processor is configured to receive respective indications from the sensors regarding the actual performance of the associated components, determine a difference between the actual performance and a desired performance of any of the components based on the respective indications, and determine an adjustment to the operation of the elevator system based upon the determined difference.

An example passenger conveyer system includes a suspension member, and a sheave configured to rotate on a bearing. The suspension member is wrapped around at least a portion of the sheave. Further, the system includes a sensor mounted adjacent an end of the suspension member, and a controller configured to determine a condition of the bearing based on an output of the sensor.
